MoreGame toolsRuneledger
Stats and balancing: a table across item or creature pages, formula columns, dice odds, Unreal Data Table export and encounter totals for a Sketchmere floor.
This would be a tool for stats and game balance. You would see all your item or creature pages in one table, add columns that calculate from a formula, check dice odds, and total up an encounter for a floor drawn in Sketchmere. The table could be exported as an Unreal Data Table. It is only a proposal until Sebastian picks it.

MoreGame toolsAgeloom
Timelines: event pages on a zoomable timeline in your own calendar, with lanes per faction or character and Fableknot stories as spans.
This would show the events of your world on a timeline you can zoom in and out of. Event pages from Worldquill would sit on it using your own invented calendar, with separate lanes for each faction or character. Fableknot stories could appear as stretches of time on the same line. It is a proposal and not built.

MoreGame toolsEchoreed
A recording booth for Fableknot's voice lines by line ID, with cues; friends can voice a character from their own account. Exports WAV files for Unreal.
This would be a place to record spoken lines for your Fableknot stories, found by each line's ID, with cues for the speaker to follow. A friend could voice one character from their own account, so you do not need to be in the same room. The recordings could be exported as sound files for Unreal. It is a proposal and not built.

MoreGame toolsTrialwisp
Playtests: invited people play a story or level and leave notes on the exact line or board spot; you see which choices they picked and where they quit.
This would let you invite people to play a story or a level and leave notes. A note would stick to the exact line or spot on the board it is about. Afterwards you would see which choices each tester picked and where they stopped playing. It is a proposal and not built.

MoreGame toolsChimewell
Sound effects and chiptunes: hosted jsfxr and BeepBox, with Save to Hollowkeep.
This would add tools for making simple sound effects and chiptune music inside the site, based on two free tools called jsfxr and BeepBox. When you are happy with a sound, a Save to Hollowkeep button would keep it with your other files. It is a proposal and not built.

MoreSketchmereAtlas boards
A map mode for Sketchmere: scale in kilometres, travel times between stamps, and continents started from Azgaar's map generator.
This would add a map mode to Sketchmere. You would set the scale of the map in kilometres, see how long it takes to travel between two stamps, and start a continent from the Azgaar map generator instead of drawing it from nothing. It is a proposal and not built.

Worldquill
Kinweb
A relationship graph of who knows, rules or hates whom, from page links and who speaks to whom in Fableknot.
MoreWorldquillKinweb
A relationship graph of who knows, rules or hates whom, from page links and who speaks to whom in Fableknot.
This would draw a web of who knows, rules or hates whom in your world. The lines would come from the links between Worldquill pages and from who speaks to whom in your Fableknot stories, so you would not have to enter them again. It is a proposal and not built.

Glimmercard
A card and token designer filled from item or creature pages, printing sheets for tabletop tests.
MoreGame toolsGlimmercard
A card and token designer filled from item or creature pages, printing sheets for tabletop tests.
This would be a designer for game cards and tokens. You pick an item or creature page, and its details fill in the card, and then you print sheets of cards for playtests at the table. It is a proposal and not built.

An economy simulator: resources flow through sources, converters and sinks over 100 turns, to see whether gold inflates.
MoreGame toolsFlowmill
An economy simulator: resources flow through sources, converters and sinks over 100 turns, to see whether gold inflates.
This would let you test a game economy before you build it. You set up sources, converters and sinks for resources, then run 100 turns to see whether things like gold pile up and lose their value. It is a proposal and not built.

Dreamscroll
A game design document built from chosen pages, board frames, story summaries and tables, always up to date and printable.
MoreGame toolsDreamscroll
A game design document built from chosen pages, board frames, story summaries and tables, always up to date and printable.
This would build your game design document from parts you choose: pages, board frames, story summaries and tables. Because it pulls from the originals, the document is always up to date, and you can print it. It is a proposal and not built.

MoreGame toolsPixelwisp
Pixel art and sprites with a hosted Piskel, saving to Hollowkeep and onto Sketchmere boards.
This would add a pixel art and sprite editor, based on the free tool Piskel, hosted on the site. Finished sprites could be saved to Hollowkeep and placed onto Sketchmere boards. It is a proposal and not built.

A name generator that learns a culture from a faction's existing names, without AI; one click makes the page.
MoreWorldquillNamewell
A name generator that learns a culture from a faction's existing names, without AI; one click makes the page.
This would suggest names for people and places that fit a culture. It looks at the names already on a faction's pages and learns their style, without using AI. One click would create a Worldquill page for the name you like. It is a proposal and not built.

MoreAIAnonymous chats on helper PCs
A chat started as anonymous may be answered by helper PCs, and the person knows that from the start.
You would be able to start a chat as anonymous, and such a chat could then be answered by helper computers of other members. You would know this from the start, because the chat is marked when you begin it. This is a proposal that depends on the helper computers being built.

MoreAIReuse an existing models folder
The Mindhearth app could use models someone already downloaded, to save disk space, without ever deleting from that folder.
If you already have AI models downloaded on your computer, the Mindhearth app could point at that folder and use them instead of downloading a second copy. This saves disk space. The app would only read from that folder and would never delete anything in it. It is a proposal and not built.

MoreAIHelper PCs
Step 3 of the AI computers plan: people can share an idle PC with your approval, and others can let helpers paint or answer while your PC is off. Both off by default.
This is step 3 of the AI computers plan. A member could offer an idle computer as a helper, but only after an admin approves it. Other people could then allow helpers to answer or paint when their own computer is switched off. Both parts are off by default, so nobody's chats or pictures reach a helper unless they turn that on. It is picked and not started yet.

MoreAIAI computers: Mac app and status lines
Step 4 of the plan: a Mac version of the Mindhearth app, and a line in each tool saying where the AI is running right now.
This is step 4 of the AI computers plan and has two parts. One is a Mac version of the Mindhearth app, which today exists for Windows. The other is a short line in each tool that tells you where the AI is running at the moment, for example on your own computer or in your browser. Both are picked and not built yet.

A speaker button in the PDF reader (Library books included) reads the pages aloud with a choice of voices in English, German, French and Spanish and a speed control. It runs on your own device and works offline once a voice is downloaded; waits on Sebastian's go to deploy.
Open a PDF in Hollowkeep (or a book in the Library) and tap the speaker button: the page text is read aloud paragraph by paragraph, the sentence being read is highlighted and the PDF turns its pages along. Pick a language, a voice and a speed; there is a Try this voice button.
The voices run on your own device. Each voice is a one-time download of about 60 MB from this site, after which reading aloud also works without a connection. The book's text and the speech never leave your device and nothing is stored on the server.
Scanned PDFs without a text layer can't be read aloud yet.

MoreHollowkeepPureRef boards in Hollowkeep
Live since Alpha 7.43: opening a PureRef board (.pur) in Hollowkeep shows the whole board as a picture, drawn on the server by PureRef itself right after upload.
PureRef's format is closed and its license forbids reverse engineering, so the server runs the real PureRef in a locked-down container without network to draw each board once. The picture is kept apart from people's files and doesn't count toward their space. A board that can't be drawn falls back to a PNG with the same name in the folder.

Landing fold as one movement

MoreSiteLanding fold as one movement
Live since Alpha 7.20: folding and unfolding the tools on the landing page is one quick movement, drawer edge, fold button, search field, footer and tool buttons together in under half a second.
The fold used to play as two movements: the buttons glided for most of a second and the drawer's edge moved on its own at the end, while on phones the drawer's sides jumped into place when it was over. Now everything leaves together and lands together on one timing curve, with the buttons stretching along their path and settling as they land.
Only transforms, fades and one clip on the glass are animated, so phones do no layout work during the move. Nothing stored changes; the page works offline as before.

Search everything from the Command Sheet
Live since Alpha 7.8: Ctrl K and the header search find Worldquill pages, documents, stories and boards, Hollowkeep file and folder names and Whisperglass chat titles as you type, with the open world first. MoreSiteSearch everything from the Command Sheet

Worldquill and Hollowkeep answer from a search index that is rebuilt from the data whenever needed.
Today the sheet's search filters the tools and their descriptions, and Recent shows the tools and pages you opened lately in this browser.
This step would ask each tool for matching items as you type (chat titles, file and folder names, wiki page titles) and list them under their tool, opening the item directly. Only things you may open would show.
Sebastian, 2026-10-13: search everything all the time, rank this world higher, and make it work across all tools and pages. Each tool needs a search source; chats stored in the browser are the hard part.

MoreAIAsk blocks
Live since Alpha 7.4: when an AI in any chat needs input it asks with buttons, lists and short forms inside the chat box, and your tap goes back as your next message.
Agents end an answer with a small question block that the chat draws as buttons, a multi-select list or a short form, always with a field for your own answer. It works in Whisperglass (group chats too), Scrollforge chats, pages, scheduled tasks and Work. A scheduled task that cannot decide leaves its question waiting and your answer is kept in its notes for the next run. Offline, your pick is kept and sent when you are back.

Every member's PC is equal: your own PC first, then the least busy sharing member PC that has the model, then the small AI on your device. Sharing is on by default with Pause and Off, busy graphics cards take no circle jobs, photos you edit stay on your own PC, and the admin page shows what each PC gave and who used it. Live since 11 Oct 2026 (0.2.0-alpha, Mindhearth 1.1).
This is a proposal for how the AI runs once people share their computers. When you ask the AI something, it would first use your own computer if the Mindhearth app is running there, then the computer of another member who is sharing, and finally the small AI built into your browser. Every member's computer would count the same, and there would be no special main computer. It is not built and waits for Sebastian to pick which parts to go ahead with.

MoreSiteTheme colour names
The theme editor names each colour after what it paints in the chosen background, like the wisteria blossoms or the moth's wings, instead of hills and trees that are not there. Live.
In the theme editor on the start page, each colour you can change now has a name that fits the background you picked. On the moth background a colour might be called the moth's wings, and on the wisteria one the blossoms. That way you know what each colour actually changes, instead of seeing names for hills and trees that are not in the picture.

One space limit per account

Everything a person stores counts toward one space; Hollowkeep shows the split per tool and admins see usage per tool. Hollowkeep pictures and Whisperglass paintings used in worlds, stories and boards are links, not copies; older copies were converted, with the originals kept in a holding folder.
Each person now has one storage limit that covers everything they keep, across all tools, instead of a separate limit per tool. Hollowkeep shows how much space each tool uses, and admins can see the usage per tool on the server. Pictures from Hollowkeep or Whisperglass that appear in worlds, stories and boards are links to the original, so they are not counted twice. Older copies were converted to links and the originals were kept in a holding folder. For shared worlds and folders the owner pays, and mail space stays separate.

Hollowkeep files and folders and Worldquill worlds can be given to someone, who accepts or declines within the days set on the admin page, with a countdown and a request for more space when it doesn't fit.
MoreAccountsGive single files and worlds to someone
Hollowkeep files and folders and Worldquill worlds can be given to someone, who accepts or declines within the days set on the admin page, with a countdown and a request for more space when it doesn't fit.
You can give a single Hollowkeep file or folder, or a whole Worldquill world, to another person. They see the offer and can accept or decline within the number of days an admin has set, with a countdown shown. If the gift does not fit in their free space, they can send a request for more space to the admins.

When you delete your account you now choose between two ways out. You can hand everything over to another person, including files, worlds, stories, boards, chats and pictures, and they have 14 days to accept. Or you can delete everything. Nothing is lost silently, because the handover only completes when someone accepts.

This is a small AI that runs inside your own browser, so it works without the server's AI computers. You can choose it in the Whisperglass model picker, and Fableknot uses it as a fallback for spellchecking. It is downloaded once and shared by every tool and tab, and a popup shows the download speed and the time left. A lighter version is used on phones and a larger one on computers.

Steps 1 and 2 of the AI computers plan are done. The home computer now fetches its AI work from the server, and the pictures are stored on the server. Anyone can also run the AI on their own computer by installing the Mindhearth app, SeppoAI.exe, so their chats and pictures use their own machine. Later steps cover helper computers and a Mac version.

Sketchmere is a drawing board for level sketches and ideas. You draw on a grid in game units, place stamps that belong to Worldquill pages, add pictures and put frames around Fableknot scenes. Several people can draw on the same board at the same time and see each other's lines live. You find it in the tools menu, and each board belongs to a Worldquill world.

Fableknot is where you write branching dialogue and quests. The page looks like a screenplay, with scene headings, character names and choices shown as cards, so you do not need to know the ink language. You can play your story to test it, every line has a stable ID, and you can export for Unreal. A built-in Learn ink course teaches the basics. Stories are saved in your Worldquill worlds.

Whisperglass is the AI chat. It can search the web, and it can use your Worldquill worlds and Fableknot stories as the facts to stay consistent with. Worldquill reads and writes like a wiki now: the world page opens with where you left off and what is still to write, pages show an outline and the pages they link to and from, a link shows a small preview, and writing shows links as chips with a page picker. Pages can sit under other pages, the sidebar folds into a tree or a rail of icons, and unsaved text is kept on the device. Game design notes show a status, open questions and decisions, and a PDF lists its notes beside the pages. The phone bottom bar and search across all tools are separate steps in their own threads.
