The launcher for all our programs: it installs them, keeps them up to date and starts them.

Install
- Download the installer and open it.
- If Windows warns you, click More info, then Run anyway.
- Sign in once, pick a program in the library and press Install.
Check the file
SHA-256 fingerprint. Right-click the file in Windows, or run certutil -hashfile with SHA256, and compare.
