What is new
Since Alpha 9.0 9.1 to 9.50
All 50 versions, 9.1 to 9.50
Alpha 9.50 2026-10-29
- SiteThe Armoryhall launcher (0.11.0) now notices free programs from the library that are already installed on your PC, also when you installed them yourself: 7-Zip, VLC, Notepad++, Git, OBS Studio, HandBrake, Krita, OpenTTD, Audacity and Blender show "Installed on this PC" with their version, Play starts the installed program after you confirm (Armoryhall never updates or removes it), and Install is not offered while it is there. After running a setup from the library, "Rescan this PC" finds the installed program. A program you also have on Steam or another launcher shows once, with a note.
- SecurityFinding installed programs stays on your PC: the launcher only looks for the programs the library offers, reads only the machine-wide entries their installers write, and never sends what it finds anywhere.
Alpha 9.49 2026-10-28
- SecuritySigning a PC in to Armoryhall no longer needs a typed code: the launcher opens the sign-in page in your browser, you confirm the PC's name once, and the browser hands the launcher a one-time key by itself (PKCE, only to 127.0.0.1 on that PC). The typed code stays as a fallback.
- SecurityUrdloom can sign in through the browser the same way: a confirmation page on login.seppo.app instead of typing the code. Same ten-PC limit and the same git token as before.
Alpha 9.48 2026-10-28
- SecurityPlay in browser is stricter about Flash games: a Flash file can no longer reach the page around it, open links or use the network. The emulator download on the server also runs with fewer rights, and the play address refuses to be framed.
Alpha 9.47 2026-10-28
- SitePlay in browser: an emulator in Armoryhall now has a "Play in browser" button next to its download when it plays a system the browser can run. It opens play.seppo.app, where you pick your own game file (it stays on your device and is never uploaded) and play NES, Super Nintendo, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Master System, Game Gear, Mega Drive, PC Engine, WonderSwan, Atari, PlayStation, DOS and Flash games. Nintendo 64, Nintendo DS and PSP are there too, marked experimental and for desktop browsers only. Keyboard, gamepad and touch controls work, saves stay in your browser and can be exported and imported as a file, and a system you played once also opens offline. The page links the licences and source code of every emulator, and offers twelve free homebrew games and demos (NES to Game Boy Advance, Master System, Game Gear, Atari 2600 and DOS) to try without a file of your own.
Alpha 9.46 2026-10-28
- SiteReelhearth: the upload page now lists the video types you can add (MP4, M4V, MKV, WebM, MOV, AVI) in all four languages.
Alpha 9.45 2026-10-28
- SecurityReelhearth: MKV, WebM, MP4, MOV and AVI uploads are now checked by their content, not just their file name, so a renamed file that is not a video is refused.
Alpha 9.44 2026-10-28
- SiteUrdloom 0.7.0 lists the projects shared with you after you sign in with seppo.app: one click adds or opens each, and typing a project address is only a fallback.
- BackendGit projects: the login service gives Urdloom the list of your projects with their current address, so projects keep working after they move.
Alpha 9.43 2026-10-28
- SecurityGit projects: when a project answers again after a day of failed checks, only members whose account is still approved get their access back.
- SecurityGit projects: access taken away from a failing project is always given back once it answers again, and is taken away on that project itself, even if another project took its old name meanwhile.
- BackendThe admin board follows the git server's redirects only within git.seppo.app.
Alpha 9.42 2026-10-28
- SecurityGit projects: an old share that could not be matched to its project safely now stays without effect for good, even if the project changes later; admins can still give the project again.
- SecurityGit projects: when the git server cannot check a project for a whole day, its members lose access to it until the check works again; they get it back on their own.
- BackendGit projects: the login service follows the git server's redirects only within git.seppo.app and refuses any that lead elsewhere.
Alpha 9.41 2026-10-28
- SecurityGit projects: a project shared before the last update and renamed or moved since keeps who may use it, owners included. Older shares that cannot be matched to their project safely are no longer deleted: nobody gets access through them, and admins see them on the Git projects page to give them again.
- BackendGit projects: one project the git server cannot check right now no longer breaks the Git projects page, the Urdloom sign-in or the checks of other projects; only that project waits until the git server answers again.
Alpha 9.40 2026-10-28
- SecurityGit projects: access now belongs to the project itself, not its name. A renamed or moved project keeps who may use it, and a new project that takes an old name starts with nobody. Copies of the website (forks of forks, mirrors, clones pushed elsewhere) and mirrors in general can no longer be shared.
- BackendSecurityUrdloom sign-ins: a new account can never take over the git access of a deleted one, and a password change while a PC is still signing in now ends that sign-in too.
Alpha 9.39 2026-10-28
- Armoryhall streaming keeps your remembered browsers: when streaming cannot start, the launcher now offers Try again, which forgets nothing (before, it advised switching streaming off and on, which forgets the browsers and this PC's streaming key). A list it cannot read is never written over, and "Stop watching" in the tray says that it forgets that browser. "Forget the remembered browsers" and switching streaming off on the streaming page now ask "Really ...? Yes / Cancel" first, and the Forget button no longer moves while streaming starts. When a browser cannot be forgotten, the launcher says so and asks about that browser again until it restarts.
- BackendThe launcher's own update never writes its state file after a failed read, so a file held for a moment by a virus scanner can no longer lose the chosen library folder or the update notes.
Alpha 9.38 2026-10-28
- DesignComputers: the section rail at the left edge now also shows in low windows (down to 440 pixels tall, with smaller tiles) instead of leaving them without a way to the other sections.
Alpha 9.37 2026-10-28
- SecurityUrdloom 0.6.0 signs in with your seppo.app account: press "Sign in with seppo.app", type the code it shows on the page that opens, and the projects shared with you download and send without any other password. Sign out removes the sign-in from the PC and ends it on the server. When the git server turns a sign-in down, Urdloom offers the same button.
- SecurityNew page Git projects in your account: the PCs signed in with Urdloom (each can be signed out there), the git projects shared with you, and for project owners who has Read or Write access, with a form to give or take it back. Admins can share any project except the website and name its owners. Changing your password signs every Urdloom out.
Alpha 9.36 2026-10-28
- DesignComputers and wide windows: the five sections (Armoryhall, Whisperglass, Almanack, What is new, Account) now sit in a slim rail at the left edge of every page except the start page, the same painted windows as on the phone. The row of windows at the top and the sections list at the top of the search sheet are gone, so each way to another section is shown once.
Alpha 9.35 2026-10-28
- The Armoryhall launcher now updates itself without a click: it restarts into a new version when you are not using it (minimised, or no input for 10 minutes) or at its next start, never while streaming, installing or starting a game, and says "Armoryhall was updated to X" afterwards. It looks for a new version about every 4 hours while it runs. If you prefer to be asked first, switch off "Restart into updates by itself" in Settings > Updates. If you had already switched it off before, it is on again after this update, because older versions saved "ask" for everyone and a choice of yours could not be told apart from that: switch it off once more and it stays off. If an update cannot be put in place (for example because a virus scanner holds the file), Armoryhall says so, opens normally and tries again by itself at most once every 12 hours.
Alpha 9.34 2026-10-28
- BackendMindhearth (1.9.0) is in Armoryhall's library: install it there with one click (it is never installed by itself, since it shares the graphics card once it runs) and Armoryhall keeps it up to date. The library copy starts from Armoryhall, never installs or updates itself and makes no Start menu entry or start with Windows. A PC that already has Mindhearth from the downloads page keeps it; both copies share its setup and models and only one runs at a time.
Alpha 9.33 2026-10-28
- DesignScrollforge on phones: the page no longer repeats its own name under the header or shows a "No AI ready" button next to the note that says it, the list's second New chat button is gone (the bar's round button does it), the search field and the three filters are 44 pixels high, and pin, rename and remove are 44 pixel buttons.
Alpha 9.32 2026-10-28
- Grainwright on phones: the bar's round button is Upload until a picture is loaded and Export afterwards, and the page's own copies of those two buttons step aside. Once a picture is loaded the drop zone shrinks to its name and the two buttons that change it, the (i) buttons sit beside their labels, the export fields are 44 pixels high, and the AI credits and the offline hint share one fold.
Alpha 9.31 2026-10-28
- The browser Isa is now called Gleipnir in the Armoryhall library: the same program entry, so its versions and your profile stay, and new builds start gleipnir.exe.
- SecurityPublishing a browser build copies the files first and checks only the copies, so a file swapped after the check can never reach the site.
Alpha 9.30 2026-10-28
- The Armoryhall launcher 0.10.1 tells the library which version it is, so a launcher too old to give Isa its own profile is offered Isa from the library only after it has updated itself.
Alpha 9.29 2026-10-28
- Isa, the browser, now installs and starts from the Armoryhall library on an admin's PC (Armoryhall launcher 0.10.0), with its own profile kept apart from an Isa installed with its Setup.
Alpha 9.28 2026-10-28
- HollowkeepSiteEvery other time on the site is a 24-hour time too (14:30, never AM or PM), in English as well: Ravenpost mail lists and headers, the shared dates in the tools, Hollowkeep sharing, the Computers page and the Sync page.
Alpha 9.27 2026-10-28
- SiteAlmanack shows European times only: 24-hour clock (14:30, never AM or PM) in the grid, lists, outbox, reminder mails and the event editor, whatever your browser is set to. The editor has a date field and a plain HH:MM field instead of the browser's date-time box.
Alpha 9.26 2026-10-28
- DesignMail on phones: the bar has Folders, New mail and Sections, one pane at a time, the mail's actions in a grid with their words, and New mail opens a full-screen editor with Send on top.
Alpha 9.25 2026-10-28
- The Armoryhall launcher (0.9.8) never installs a program again right after you removed it, even when it cannot save its settings file; it then tells you plainly that the program may come back at the next start and how to switch that off.
- If you removed Dawnforge or another of Seppo's own programs with an older launcher (0.9.5 or earlier), the launcher now asks once before installing them by itself: Install my own programs, or Not now, which keeps them away.
Alpha 9.24 2026-10-28
- UrdloomSecurityA PC paired with Armoryhall by an admin with two-factor sign-in now sees Seppo's own admin-only programs (Urdloom today) in its launcher and installs them like the others. It only reads: approving, pulling and taking down stay in the browser with two-factor sign-in. The admin rights are checked again on every request, so a PC of an account that is no longer an admin, or has switched two-factor off, loses them at once. Other people's items shared with admins only and projects' programs stay closed to every PC, and the launcher itself is not listed (it updates itself).
Alpha 9.23 2026-10-28
- BackendArmoryhall's library now holds Dawnforge and Urdloom as the programs themselves instead of their installers: each new build becomes a new version that installs into the library and starts with Play, and an update fetches only what changed. The older installer versions stay, and the installers are still on the downloads page as before. The Dawnforge that Armoryhall installs keeps its own data, so you sign in there once on its own, and the Dawnforge from the downloads page (1.0.1 and later) keeps its data when it is uninstalled.
- The Armoryhall launcher (0.9.6) installs Seppo's own programs by itself when it starts: every new build as soon as the server's virus scan has cleared it (no admin check, and the programs are not code-signed), and it never starts them by itself. It can be switched off in Settings or for each program on its page; a program you remove is not installed again by itself, also after Reset settings. The first time, this downloads about 250 to 300 MB to each paired PC.
- DesignArmoryhall admin tab: buttons in a row stand further apart, with Take down, Pull and Remove in their own group, and a free program waiting for a check shows the start of its checksum in its row.
Alpha 9.22 2026-10-28
- DesignSketchmere on phones: a world shows its boards once (the bar's round button starts a new one, the other actions sit in one More sheet), and the drawing board's tools, undo, redo and zoom are 44px buttons.
Alpha 9.21 2026-10-28
- DesignFableknot on phones: a world shows its stories once (the bar's round button starts a new one, the other actions sit in one More sheet), the editor header keeps only the crumb, the title and the Script / Ink switch, and a block's tools are one dock above the bar with 44px buttons. Removing a block can be undone for a few seconds, and the bar's round button adds a line.
Alpha 9.20 2026-10-28
- Armoryhall launcher 0.9.5: opening the previous copy that a successful update leaves behind for a while no longer quietly puts the old version back.
- If a launcher update was opened in a rare way that skipped its start check and then never shows its window, Armoryhall goes back to the previous version by itself at the third start and says so.
- BackendSecurityChanging the key that signs launcher updates now only works for exactly the key in use, and the old key keeps signing until a launcher built with the new key is on the site, so a failed build can never leave updates half switched.
Alpha 9.19 2026-10-28
- DesignReelhearth on phones: your videos come first, the bar has Upload, Play and Sections, the space meter and the TV code field follow, the trash is last. Each video's Remove button now names its video for screen readers.
Alpha 9.18 2026-10-28
- DesignMirrorgate on phones: the connections come first, one per row and easy to hit, the PC state is one line, the Moonlight steps fold behind one button, and the round bar button starts the PC. Own session and Mirror screen are visible again (a page rule had been hiding them).
Alpha 9.17 2026-10-28
- SecurityArmoryhall launcher 0.9.3: a failed self-update can no longer leave you without a working Armoryhall. If putting the old version back fails, the launcher starts the previous copy anyway and finishes the repair at its next start.
- Opening Armoryhall yourself while it restarts into an update no longer confuses the update: your window stays, and the update is kept instead of being undone.
- Armoryhall no longer resumes a half-finished download of an older build, and checking for updates by hand while it already checks no longer starts a second download.
- BackendSecurityThe server refuses to publish a launcher update signed with any other key than the one every installed launcher trusts, and keeps a private backup of that key.
Alpha 9.16 2026-10-28
- DesignWorldquill on phones: the bottom bar's round button is the one main action on every screen (New world on the world list, New on a world, Edit on a page, Save in the editor) and the page no longer shows it a second time; a world opens on its pages list; a page has one way back instead of a breadcrumb; the editor keeps the picture and facts behind one fold, and its formatting buttons no longer hide under the bar.
Alpha 9.15 2026-10-28
- SecurityArmoryhall launcher 0.9.1 updates itself: the installed launcher downloads its new version next to itself, checks the server's signature and the file's fingerprint, and asks before it restarts (Settings > Updates can let it restart by itself when nothing is going on). If the new version does not start, the old one comes back and says so.
- BackendEach new launcher build is signed on the server when it is published; the Setup stays the way to install Armoryhall the first time.
Alpha 9.14 2026-10-28
- SiteStreaming connects faster: the Play tab now keeps looking every few seconds until your PC is online and ready, and the launcher asks for the pairing code every 2 to 5 seconds instead of every 30. A PC that is waiting for a stream now counts as online the whole time, and the list refreshes itself, so it no longer shows "ready" and then "not online".
Alpha 9.13 2026-10-28
- BackendThe Proton sorter has no instruction field any more: its rules are fixed, it can make new folders in Automatic mode and removes the empty ones it made after a week.
- SecurityThe Proton sorter can move junk to the Trash with its own switch (off until you turn it on): never replies, invoices, codes or security mails, at most 30 a day, always with Undo.
Alpha 9.12 2026-10-28
- DesignAlmanack: the month list no longer has a second Previous and Next next to the main ones.
- DesignAccount, What's new, Downloads and the admin pages: the side list and the bottom bar of the pages on seppo.app now lead to your real account pages, the same back link no longer appears twice, a legal page no longer links to itself, and buttons, filters and tick boxes are easy to hit on touch screens of any width.
Alpha 9.11 2026-10-28
- HollowkeepDesignBy day the phone header of Almanack and Hollowkeep no longer lets the page that scrolls under it show through either.
Alpha 9.10 2026-10-28
- DesignBy day the header strip of Armoryhall, Mirrorgate, Scrollforge, the admin pages and the docs on a phone no longer lets the page that scrolls under it show through (the Download button ghosted through it on item pages), and the tilted splash line on the home page has a heavier dark outline so it stays readable over the bright green and white of the day scenes.
Alpha 9.9 2026-10-28
- SiteHollowkeep's bottom bar now offers Add PDFs in the Library view, rows a tool builds after the page loads are tucked away from screen readers like the rest, and the bar no longer steals focus when it ticks.
- DesignNothing shows twice on a screen any more: the home page no longer lists Armoryhall, Whisperglass and Almanack again in the tool row below the windows (and a shelf with nothing left to show is not drawn), tool pages no longer repeat the five sections inside the search sheet (the Sections sheet has them; on wide tool pages Account and What is new come first in the search sheet), and Armoryhall and Reelhearth no longer draw their name a second time under the logo.
Alpha 9.8 2026-10-28
- Hollowkeep, moving or deleting several items: Cancel now stops the batch and says how many were done, items that left the selection in the meantime are left alone, and a retry after an error asks the right question again (with the Worldquill warning). Switching the design while selecting clears the selection.
Alpha 9.7 2026-10-27
- DesignWhisperglass on phones now opens on your list of chats; tap one and it fills the screen, and the Chats button or the Back button returns to the list. The list has one button per chat (rename and delete are in its menu), a filter field once it is long, and the AI PC status is said once.
Alpha 9.6 2026-10-27
- DesignHollowkeep on phones: files and folders sit in two columns of cards with one action button each (Download, Select and the rest are in its menu, which now opens as a sheet from below), the path is one line, and the List, Icons and Previews switch is three icon buttons. Press and hold a card, or choose Select in its menu, to pick several: a bar at the bottom moves, shares or deletes them together.
Alpha 9.5 2026-10-27
- DesignArmoryhall admin tab: the long page is now cut into sections (Overview, To check, Our programs, Free software, Uploads, Streaming, Settings, Blocklist, Activity) with a bar at the top that stays in view and jumps to each one; the bar shows how many held versions, reports and free software checks wait. Long lists show their first rows with Show all, each program appears once with its own buttons (rarely needed ones folded under Moderate), and on a phone the tab is about a third as long as before.
Alpha 9.4 2026-10-27
- DesignMoving between pages in a tool is springier: the new content slides in and settles with a small bounce, and the side list and title glide on a smooth spring. Reduced motion still turns it off, and the classic design keeps its old movement.
Alpha 9.3 2026-10-27
- DesignInstalling Dawnforge from a browser that shows an install sheet (Android, Chrome) now shows two pictures of the home page. On a phone, tapping the bottom bar of the tools tries a tiny haptic tick (iPhone, experimental; it may do nothing).
Alpha 9.2 2026-10-27
- BackendWhen a new program becomes visible to everyone in Armoryhall, the devices where you turned on the Armoryhall topic get a notification (at most one every ten minutes).
- BackendTaking back a pick on your board idea no longer sends you a notification.
Alpha 9.1 2026-10-27
- BackendAlmanack reminders can now also arrive as a notification on the devices where you turned the Almanack topic on, together with the reminder mail.
- BackendWhen someone comments on your idea on the board, or it is picked, left for later or turned down, the devices where you turned on the board topic get a notification. You never get one for your own comment, and at most one every ten minutes.
Alpha 9.0 Familie 2026-10-27
FamilieSiteA family organizer at seppo.app/familie/: shared calendar, shopping list, tasks and notes for the people an admin lets in.
Changes leading up to it (7.1 to 8.243)
- 3D models, PDFs read aloud and a Library tab for books.
- Game design notes, page trees, a side rail and live linking.
- Exports a frame as an Unreal blockout.
- Shows what changed since your last visit.
- A map of the code parts.
- Phones: the same bottom bar in every tool, pinned chats and files, short and sideways screens, and the iPhone app's scene behind the clock.
- Search finds pages, stories and documents as you type.
- Rounded corners in five sizes everywhere and one language capsule.
- A faster landing page.
All 326 versions, 7.1 to 9.0
Alpha 9.0 2026-10-27
- SiteBackendFamilie: a small family organizer at seppo.app/familie/ with a shared calendar, shopping list, tasks and notes. It uses the normal Seppo login (admins with two-factor sign-in, and the Seppo accounts an admin picked in its Familie tab), and changes are only accepted from the page itself.
Alpha 8.243 2026-10-27
- BackendNotifications (opt in): on the new Notifications page in your account menu you can turn on push messages for this device, pick topics (Almanack reminders, board answers, Armoryhall updates) and see or remove your devices. The messages for those topics follow in a later version; for now the Send a test button shows that it works. Everything is off until you switch it on, and messages carry only fixed short texts, in English. On an iPhone it needs the app added to the Home Screen.
- The privacy policy has a new section on notifications: what is stored, who relays the messages, and how to withdraw.
Alpha 8.242 2026-10-27
- SiteArmoryhall: every emulator now says which consoles it plays (on its card, its page and in the admin list), and a new filter finds the emulator for a console, for example Game Boy Advance or Nintendo 64. The search finds them by console name too.
- DesignArmoryhall item pages show each fact once: the licence, type and official source are no longer repeated in the line under the banner and in the description, a cover made from a program's icon no longer has the same icon beside it, and free software's source code and checks fold into one small section. Download now leads to the program file first, not LICENSE.txt, and the download buttons and credit links are easier to tap.
- SiteArmoryhall library: a search or filter with no result says so and offers one button to clear everything; the library says when it is loading; the report form is folded behind Report a problem.
- BackendArmoryhall admin tab: free software that is already in the library no longer reads "waiting for its files".
Alpha 8.241 2026-10-27
- SecuritySigning in inside the installed iPhone app no longer opens a browser bar: the app now shows the sign-in page in a frame on seppo.app. The password is still typed into the login.seppo.app page, not into seppo.app itself. In a normal browser tab you go straight to the usual login page.
Alpha 8.240 2026-10-27
- The diagram editor and the 3D viewer now run in a locked-down sandbox even when someone opens their address directly, and signing in only sends you back to this site's own addresses (not to a project's page).
Alpha 8.239 2026-10-27
- DesignInstalled on an iPhone, the page now feels more like an app: no grey flash when you tap, and the strip around the page (status bar, bottom edge) takes the day or night colour of the page instead of always navy.
- Press and hold the Dawnforge icon on your home screen to jump straight to Almanack, Whisperglass or Hollowkeep (Android and desktop; iPhone ignores these shortcuts for now).
- DesignOpening the installed app on an iPhone shows a navy launch screen with the logo instead of a white flash (portrait, all current iPhone sizes).
Alpha 8.238 2026-10-27
- DesignAlmanack on phones: the day list under the month is now a sheet you pull up (peek, half, full) above the bottom bar, and events that start close together in the week and day views sit side by side instead of on top of each other, each still at least 44 pixels tall. Tapping an event opens the editor as a full-width sheet.
Alpha 8.237 2026-10-27
- DesignTool pages on seppo.app, on phones: the top bar is one row (logo, tool name, search, your picture; once you are signed in, language and theme live in the settings sheet behind your picture), and the last button of the bottom bar is now Sections. It opens a sheet with the five painted panes, a Home row and everything the old More button held; the logo opens the same sheet. Pages on login.seppo.app keep More.
Alpha 8.236 2026-10-27
- DesignArmoryhall on phones: once you scroll past it, the Download or Play button stays at the bottom of the screen.
- DesignThe five panes (Armoryhall, Whisperglass, Almanack, What is new, Account) now have their own hand-made leaded glass pictures instead of crops of the painting. On phones the first screen shows the painting on top and the panes as a row you swipe with your thumb, the open one lit.
- DesignIn the tools on phones, the search sheet now starts with a row of the five sections (Armoryhall, Whisperglass, Almanack, What is new, Account).
- DesignEvery page now uses the new look: page titles in Pirata One, the rest in one text font, controls at least 44 pixels on phones, input fields that do not zoom, and buttons that spring back when you press them.
Alpha 8.235 2026-10-27
- SecurityArmoryhall: the virus scanner now gives big installers up to 15 minutes instead of 2, and versions it had held back only because it ran out of time (the launcher, Godot) are scanned once more by themselves; they still turn clean only on the scanner's own all-clear, and free software still waits for an admin's check.
- BackendArmoryhall: the VLC icon is fetched from VideoLAN's GitHub mirror (same picture, same fingerprint), because VideoLAN's own code site now answers the mirror with a browser check page.
Alpha 8.234 2026-10-27
- DesignFirst screen: five leaded panes (Armoryhall, Whisperglass, Almanack, What is new, Account) now form an arch over the painting, with one slim bar for search and the tool icons below it; on phones the painting comes first and the panes, search and tools scroll in under it.
Alpha 8.233 2026-10-27
- SiteDesignArmoryhall item pages: a big 3:4 cover beside the title and one gold Download button, and the owner and admin tools now sit in a drawer behind an "Edit this item" button instead of under the versions.
Alpha 8.232 2026-10-27
- HollowkeepSiteDesignArmoryhall and Hollowkeep libraries in the new look: one Filter button instead of a row of capsules, covers as even 3:4 panes with the title first, the file list and checksums folded away on item pages, and a side rail for Armoryhall's tabs (four tabs and More on phones).
Alpha 8.231 2026-10-27
- DesignThe title on an Armoryhall item page without a banner is cream on the colour wash again, in the day look too, where it was dark brown and hard to read.
- BackendA ninth Armoryhall screenshot is refused at once, before the picture is uploaded and checked.
- BackendArmoryhall pictures taken sideways (a phone photo turned by its EXIF orientation) now report the size they are shown at, for example 800 by 1200 instead of 1200 by 800.
Alpha 8.230 2026-10-27
- DesignFirst screen: the tilted splash line no longer sits over the Dawnforge logo, on desktop or on phones.
Alpha 8.229 2026-10-26
- SiteOur programs and the free software in Armoryhall now show their own logos, icons and, where a freely licensed one exists, screenshots and a banner, each with its author, licence and source; a project's logo is shown unchanged as its identifying mark. Programs without a cover get one in the castle look made from their logo, credited with that logo's licence and trademark notice (Blender's on a plain background, as its logo policy asks).
Alpha 8.228 2026-10-27
- DesignOne "What is new" page with four tabs (In progress, Done by month, Changelog, How the AI works) replaces the separate Feature board, Changelog and AI pages; the old addresses lead to it and the footer, menu and account links open it directly.
Alpha 8.227 2026-10-26
- DesignBackendSecurityThe header shows language, theme and your picture as one glass capsule; tapping it opens a small sheet with theme (by the clock, day or night), language, your account (opened in place) and sign out (the login service accepts that one sign-out request from seppo.app; other sites stay blocked).
Alpha 8.226 2026-10-26
- Smaller fixes: the three footer links on the first screen have a 44px touch area, the Downloads page says up front that it is Windows 10 or 11 only, and the account request page says an admin approves every new account.
Alpha 8.225 2026-10-26
- BackendProjects can show their Windows program in Armoryhall: a project publishes armory.json and its exe in its site, every project is listed by default for admins, and Sebastian switches one off or on again on the projects page. Each version still waits for an admin's check. Titles lead with the project name, a project keeps at most three versions of at most 200 MB each, and seppo.app/armory.md explains the steps to other projects.
Alpha 8.224 2026-10-26
- Admin pages sit in five hubs (Needs you, Projects, People, AI, Server) with a tab strip per hub and a folded More for the rare site pages; Ctrl K or / opens an admin search for pages, projects and people; the side list keeps Pinned and Recent pages on this device, and a tap on a side-list or tab link swaps only the page content.
Alpha 8.223 2026-10-26
- The admin menu shows one "Needs you" list instead of six tiles: todos, new people, project requests, staged releases, app proposals, failed or asking runs, PCs not seen and board ideas, each with how long it has waited, filter chips by kind, and Approve, Yes or No and the todo's answer buttons right in the list. A release still needs its typed go on its own page.
Alpha 8.222 2026-10-26
- Admins see every Claude project, request and app in one Projects table with search, filters (Needs you, Live, Apps, Bots, Revoked) and sorting; Yes and No sit in the row, and a project opens beside the table with its overview, releases, hosting, team and builds. The earlier Apps, Project pages and Ship pages still work.
Alpha 8.221 2026-10-26
- Admin accounts are now a table with search and filters (Waiting, Admins, Members); waiting people sit on top with Approve and Reject, and a person's access, space and usage open in a side panel (a page of its own on phones) and load only then, so the list opens faster.
Alpha 8.220 2026-10-26
- The admin AI hub has three tabs instead of six pages: Providers (with a daily token meter on each provider and the picture neurons by project), Models (picture and chat models, model sets, app versions) and PCs (each PC with its models, the Cloudflare stand-ins and who used the circle). The old addresses forward to their tab.
- Saving the chat models on the admin Models tab works again (it failed with an error page).
Alpha 8.219 2026-10-26
- SecurityAlmanack now deletes the stored sign-in secrets of old Google and Microsoft accounts that have no calendar left. Your calendars and events are not touched; to end the access on the provider's side, remove Almanack in your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Alpha 8.218 2026-10-26
- SiteAdmin pages open faster: the AI computer's coordinator and model list, the file service's usage figures (on the Accounts page only) and the mail domain list are kept for a few seconds instead of being asked for again on every visit (a slow AI runner no longer holds a page for up to 15 seconds twice in a row), and the Computers page no longer cleans the old circle counts on every view.
Alpha 8.217 2026-10-26
- Isa, our Firefox-based browser with the violet Liquid Glass look, is in the Armoryhall library for admins and installs from the launcher.
- SiteAlmanack no longer offers Google and Microsoft calendars; Proton (share link), Apple iCloud, other CalDAV and calendar links stay. A calendar already connected through Google or Microsoft stops refreshing, keeps its events and can be removed.
Alpha 8.216 2026-10-26
- SiteThe glass bends the scene along its edges like a thick lens, and a ring of light follows the pointer along the rim of the panel it is over (Chrome and Edge; Safari and Firefox keep the plain frost). After rdev/liquid-glass-react.
Alpha 8.215 2026-10-26
- SiteMirrorgate's "PC is on" display is more reliable: one missed check no longer flips it to "off", an old or failed answer shows "couldn't check" instead of a stale state (and hides Shut down), and the page runs one check at a time, so a slow old answer cannot overwrite a newer one. A failed start signal and a PC that did not come on in time now each have their own message.
- SiteMirrorgate's Start PC button now says when the start signal could not be sent and lets you try again, and after 3 minutes without the PC coming on says so, instead of showing "Starting…" forever with a dead button. After a shut-down the page shows "Off" at once, not a leftover "Starting…".
Alpha 8.214 2026-10-26
- BackendArmoryhall suggestions bring pictures again for many games: only freely licensed ones from Wikimedia Commons, each kept with its author and licence. The description is Wikipedia's own text, credited to Wikipedia, and the short Wikidata line ("2018 video game") becomes the tagline.
- BackendArmoryhall items can now hold much more: tagline, release date, developers and publishers, tags, platforms, game modes, number of players, age rating, languages and links, plus a cover, banner, icon, logo and up to eight screenshots. Every field and picture remembers where it came from, so the item page can credit its sources.
- BackendCovers show in the Armoryhall launcher even when the original picture was large: every cover is made into small, sharp web sizes.
- SecurityPictures uploaded to Armoryhall are checked before they are opened, scanned for viruses and resized in a sealed container without network access; their hidden camera and location data are removed.
- BackendArmoryhall keeps the Wikipedia credit on texts you edit ("Text adapted from Wikipedia") unless you mark them as your own, shows restrictions such as official insignia next to a picture's credit, never suggests pictures of trademarks or people, and lets admins set aside old Wikipedia covers whose licence was never checked.
- BackendPictures in Armoryhall now count toward your space (at most 500 MB of pictures per person and 100 MB per item), a Wikipedia text from a suggestion that ran out asks for a fresh lookup instead of losing its credit, sideways phone photos (JPEG, PNG or WebP) work as logos and screenshots, and CC BY 2.5 pictures are accepted.
- SecurityArmoryhall refuses picture uploads that are not allowed before reading them, and limits how many run at once, so large uploads cannot tie up the server.
- SiteThe Armoryhall library is a wall of sharp covers (two per row on phones), with a placeholder for items without one and filters by type, tag, platform and years. Item pages have a banner, screenshots that open large, all the game facts, links and credits, and owners can edit every detail and add their own pictures.
Alpha 8.213 2026-10-25
- Armoryhall launcher 0.8.0: the player can control the game with keyboard, mouse and gamepad, send the clipboard and files, only after the PC owner agrees and only into the game Armoryhall started. Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Q or the tray icon stops it at once.
- SecurityRemote control is refused for system key combinations and dangerous file types, pauses whenever a dialog is in front, and follows the virtual display's screen.
Alpha 8.212 2026-10-25
- SecurityArmoryhall launcher 0.7.1: stream without a monitor through an optional virtual display that follows the player's screen size. Installing it asks twice (Armoryhall, then Windows) and it can be removed again from the library.
Alpha 8.211 2026-10-25
- SiteAdmins switch streaming on and off in the Armoryhall admin tab (it starts off) and choose who may stream; admins may by default, everyone else once allowed. No server file to edit any more.
- SecurityThe server makes and keeps its own streaming secret (an admin can renew it), and an account that loses streaming loses its PCs' streaming keys and open streams at once.
Alpha 8.210 2026-10-25
- BackendMindhearth (1.8.5) no longer holds up Windows shutdown: its graphics-card check can no longer hang, and the app steps aside at once when Windows shuts down.
Alpha 8.208 2026-10-25
- SiteGlass without patches: the frost of every bar, panel and bubble is cut to its shape with a clip instead of a mask, which Windows Chrome had dropped (blurry patches and seams beside the header bars), and a corner larger than the bar is clamped instead of smearing the frost into a blob.
Alpha 8.207 2026-10-25
- SiteThe Windows app is called Mindhearth everywhere you read about it: in the Armoryhall library (the item updates by itself), on the downloads page and in the profile menu hints, in the Windows app list text for removing it, and on the AI page. Only the file name SeppoAI.exe and the download address stay the same.
Alpha 8.206 2026-10-25
- SiteThe Armoryhall launcher (0.6.0) can stream the picture of your PC's main screen to your browser at seppo.app by itself, with no other program: switch on "Allow streaming" in the launcher and on the Play tab. A first test version: picture only, only to devices in your home network.
- SecurityThe streaming player is now our own small page instead of a third-party one. Every browser has to be allowed on the PC first, and while it watches, Windows shows a yellow frame and the Armoryhall icon says from where.
Alpha 8.205 2026-10-25
- DesignThe Armoryhall launcher has a reload button, and it checks for new or changed programs by itself every 15 minutes while you are not doing anything in it.
Alpha 8.204 2026-10-25
- SiteThe Company AI is gone: the Team page, the AI roles page, the autopilot and the company chat are removed. Apps, approvals and shipping stay.
Alpha 8.203 2026-10-25
- DesignThe Armoryhall launcher collects the games you installed with Steam, Epic and GOG (found on your PC only, started through their own launcher, nothing uploaded), has a proper Settings page, lets you add your own emulators and pick the emulator for each ROM.
Alpha 8.202 2026-10-25
- DesignThe Armoryhall launcher can start your own ROM files in the emulators from the library: pick a ROM folder on your PC (it never leaves the PC), choose the emulator per system, and press Play. Armoryhall does not download ROMs or BIOS files.
Alpha 8.201 2026-10-25
- BackendThe eight free emulators now come unpacked, ready to install like any program, and are listed as retro emulation; each says which consoles and ROM file types it starts, for the launcher. No games, BIOS or firmware are included.
Alpha 8.200 2026-10-24
- BackendPolls and meetings are removed from the Company AI: their pages, buttons, routes and the meetings channel are gone, and the roles are no longer told to hold meetings. Nothing stored was deleted.
Alpha 8.199 2026-10-24
- BackendAdmin to-dos keep their line breaks, so the title, the reason, the numbered steps and the command blocks show as separate parts instead of one run-on block.
Alpha 8.198 2026-10-24
- DesignEvery to-do on the admin page is now its own section: a clear title, what it is for, numbered steps, links to the sites where you sign up, and commands in copyable blocks with a link to Shellward. The open to-dos were rewritten in this shape.
Alpha 8.197 2026-10-24
- DesignAdmin to-do page: filter by kind, search, sort by what ends soonest, a warning when an item ends within three days, previous and next links on a to-do, step ticks that stay on this device, and the full list of handled items.
- BackendThe admin Picks page is gone; answers to to-dos work as before.
Alpha 8.196 2026-10-24
- DesignDawnforge Sync is now called Urdloom (version 0.4.1): the window, tray, logo, setup, Start menu entry and the downloads page carry the new name. The download file, the data folder and the update check stay as they were, so existing installs update normally.
Alpha 8.195 2026-10-24
- BackendThe Company AI now runs on autopilot: nothing has to be assigned. Roles use the owner's Claude plan on their own (no API keys, no third party), wake on his messages and on the reports of the roles below them, and the CEO and each lead report to him every few hours. Only the CEO and the leads write to him; the CTO, advisers, tech leads and workers report to their lead or the CEO, who relay what matters. Autopilot is on by default and the owner can switch it off in the chat; run limits and daily token caps stay.
Alpha 8.194 2026-10-24
- DesignThe Seppo AI Windows app is now called Mindhearth and has the final Graphit und Gold look: the logo "Mindhearth by Seppo" in the header with the name of the area beside it, Inter for all text, flat tabs with thin line icons, glass buttons, and no moving bar when Windows has animations switched off. Only the name on screen changed; the file, the download address and the update check stay as they were (app 1.8.4).
Alpha 8.193 2026-10-24
- DesignDawnforge Sync 0.4.0 has the final look: graphite and gold with thin lines, glass buttons, a side bar of line icons that opens on hover (Projects, Changelists, History, Diff), the text logo "Dawnforge Sync by Seppo" with the name of the area next to it, a matching tray window and uninstaller text. Animations switch off with Windows' reduce motion.
Alpha 8.192 2026-10-24
- SiteArmoryhall adds eight free emulators from their official sources: mGBA, melonDS, Dolphin, Mesen, DOSBox Staging, ScummVM, Flycast and Mupen64Plus. Most systems start without a BIOS or firmware file (a few, such as Game Boy Advance in Mesen, need your own), and no games come with them; each waits for an admin's check like the other free software.
- BackendArmoryhall fetches its free software by itself after each deploy, in the background, only when a program is missing or its list changed; the admin tab shows how the last run went, and failed programs are tried again at the next deploy.
- SiteAdmins can approve several waiting free software versions at once, after seeing each one's fingerprint, source, trust level and licence.
- The download page shows the version of the Dawnforge app and of the Armoryhall launcher.
Alpha 8.191 2026-10-24
- DesignGlass flicker, another approach: everything that moves on the landing page (depth movement, sparks, mist, the glint) now sits on a layer above the glass instead of behind it, so the glass only ever sees a still picture and has nothing to blur again. The glint no longer redraws the whole picture, the scene no longer flips a class after eight quiet seconds, and the moving area no longer has to keep a wide gap to the glass, so it also works on smaller screens.
Alpha 8.190 2026-10-24
- DesignThe Armoryhall launcher has a new look: a wall of covers sorted into Games, Software and Retro emulation, a side bar that opens on hover (and stays open in a maximised window), your own folders for sorting programs, a detail page in glass with all versions, and a download bar at the bottom.
Alpha 8.189 2026-10-24
- SiteThe Armoryhall launcher is now the only program the website offers for download, for everybody (its installer is public). Seppo AI, Dawnforge, Dawnforge Sync and the free programs are installed from inside it; an old link to one of their files opens the download page instead.
Alpha 8.188 2026-10-24
- SecurityThe Armoryhall launcher 0.3.0 can update programs by itself (on by default, per program, and only to a newer version that an admin has checked), and when you uninstall Armoryhall the programs it installed go with it. Saves and other files a program wrote itself are never deleted: they are carried into the new version on an update, and stay in the library folder when you remove a program or uninstall.
Alpha 8.187 2026-10-24
- DesignSeppo AI: texts in the model list no longer run into each other. Each model card has room for a two-line note, the memory bar sits below it, and the whole window follows the screen's size setting (125 % and 150 %) so text and spacing grow together.
Alpha 8.186 2026-10-24
- DesignWhisperglass shows, next to the model picker, whether the chosen model fits the graphics card of your own PC: a green dot has room to spare, amber fits tightly, red needs more video memory than your PC has. The picker marks every model the same way.
Alpha 8.185 2026-10-24
- Dawnforge SyncDesignThe Windows setup is shorter: the page of options is gone, you pick the folder (the usual one is already filled in), watch it install, and tick "Add an icon on the desktop" on the last page if you want one.
Alpha 8.184 2026-10-24
- DesignThe Armoryhall launcher has a detail page for every program (description, all checked versions with size and date, and one button to install, update, switch version, play or repair) and a download bar along the bottom that shows every running download with percent and speed.
Alpha 8.183 2026-10-24
- DesignDawnforge Sync gets a tray icon with a small status window (green when all is in sync, amber when something waits, red on conflict or offline) with Open window, Get Latest and Quit, and a clearer conflict card that lists the colliding files and says nothing is lost.
Alpha 8.182 2026-10-23
- DesignThe Armoryhall launcher window drops the blue: graphite grey with gold, and every button is liquid glass.
Alpha 8.181 2026-10-23
- DesignDawnforge Sync drops the blue too: graphite grey with gold, and every button is liquid glass.
Alpha 8.180 2026-10-23
- DesignThe Seppo AI window drops the blue: graphite grey with gold, buttons as liquid glass, and every model on its own card with a small meter that shows how much of your graphics memory it needs (green has room, amber is tight, red does not fit).
Alpha 8.179 2026-10-23
- BackendThe Company AI chat is live: new messages and replies appear at once through an event stream, no refresh needed (the old polling stays as a fallback). The roles now talk to Sebastian directly in every run: answer first, what they did, what comes next, what they need. A new switch "Coming to me" (off until an admin turns it on) lets roles with a pinned provider answer new messages by themselves and makes the Company AI report every few hours, with an hourly run limit and the daily token caps.
Alpha 8.178 2026-10-23
- SiteThe company chat sends messages again: since the meetings update the Send button broke the page's send script (error 404), so the message stayed in the box.
Alpha 8.177 2026-10-23
- SiteThe Armoryhall launcher 0.2.0 asks before it starts a catalog program, can fetch an older version of a file by its address, falls back to files it already has, and tells you once at start when a newer Windows program is available.
Alpha 8.176 2026-10-23
- BackendDawnforge Sync 0.3.0 works with more than one project: paste the address of any project from git.seppo.app, pick a folder, and it is downloaded and opened; the Projects list switches between them. The website project is refused.
Alpha 8.175 2026-10-23
- BackendSeppo AI 1.8.3: when a PC of the circle is online, project pictures are made there first for 0 neurons. The budget counts requests correctly, stopped requests are handled, and the privacy text says honestly where pictures are made.
Alpha 8.174 2026-10-23
- DesignThe landing page scene is alive in a calm way: the sky tint follows the time of day (rose at dawn, gold at dusk, blue at night), sparks float in the Dragon Keep, fireflies in the forest, golden motes in the hall and bubbles in the lake, and a slow mist drifts along. It all happens in an area clear of the glass, so the glass never flickers; reduced motion shows a still picture, phones run it lighter, and the Theme page has an Effects switch (On or Off) for each device.
Alpha 8.173 2026-10-23
- SiteArmoryhall free software now also lists Krita (the 6.x line), the painting program, with its licence and source code. It waits for an admin's check before the launcher starts it.
Alpha 8.172 2026-10-23
- DesignThe Stormlit Mere pictures (day and night) get their depth layers painted by the image AI too, like the other castle pictures.
Alpha 8.171 2026-10-23
- DesignThe glass no longer flickers when you move the mouse over it: the picture's depth movement now happens only in a small area of the landing page that has no glass over it (and nowhere else), so the frosted panels are never blurred again while the mouse moves. Other pages keep a still picture.
Alpha 8.170 2026-10-23
- BackendDawnforge Sync 0.2.0 looks for a newer version a few seconds after it starts (offline stays quiet) and shows a "New version" button that opens the downloads page; nothing is installed on its own. The site publishes only the version number of the Sync installer for this, the program and installer stay admin only.
Alpha 8.169 2026-10-23
- SiteArmoryhall now offers twelve free, open-source Windows programs from their official sources: Godot, OpenTTD, Luanti, Notepad++, Blender, Audacity, OBS Studio, HandBrake, 7-Zip, VLC, Git for Windows and Krita (the newer 6.x line). Each version comes with its licence and the source code of exactly that version, and waits for an admin's check before the launcher starts it.
Alpha 8.168 2026-10-23
- SiteArmoryhall now lists Seppo's own programs (Seppo AI and the Dawnforge app for everyone, the Armoryhall launcher and Dawnforge Sync for admins), checked and kept up to date by themselves: a new build on the download page becomes a new version there.
- SecurityArmoryhall items can be shared with admins only: seen by admins signed in with two-factor, never by the launcher's read-only token.
Alpha 8.167 2026-10-23
- DesignThe depth layers behind the castle pictures are now painted by the image AI instead of smeared together from the edges, so when the pictures shift with the mouse the parts that were hidden behind a tower or a curtain show real glass, not blurred patches.
Alpha 8.166 2026-10-23
- BackendSeppo AI 1.8.2 tells you once per version when a newer Windows program is available (it checks a few seconds after start, stays quiet when offline, and only installs when you click).
Alpha 8.165 2026-10-23
- BackendSeppo AI 1.8.1: the ComfyUI restart works (the site hears at once that it stopped, it starts again right away, and a failed start is retried), and the Models tab shows each model's video memory need with a traffic light against your graphics card.
Alpha 8.164 2026-10-22
- SiteArmoryhall uploads now ask where each upload goes: Share with the others (the default every time) or Keep private in my Vault (encrypted, only you). Game images and BIOS files no longer go to the vault by themselves: for them the page recommends the vault, says that shared uploads can be downloaded by others under the terms, and uploads only after you click Share or the vault yourself; they are never looked up without that click either. The terms changed for this, so you accept them once more before your next upload.
Alpha 8.163 2026-10-22
- BackendWhen an account is handed over, its Armoryhall library now joins the library of the person who takes it over: every item with its versions, cover and sharing moves, vault files are locked again with the new owner's key, and a title they already have gets "(from <name>)". Nothing is deleted; anything that cannot move yet stays set aside and is tried again.
Alpha 8.162 2026-10-22
- SiteUninstalling Dawnforge Sync now offers to remove the unpacked Git (on by default) and, if you tick it, your own data; a silent uninstall removes only Git and keeps your data.
Alpha 8.161 2026-10-22
- BackendSeppo AI 1.8.0: the settings (share with the circle, Claude projects, optional model sets) are now switched in the Seppo AI app; the PC card on the website is read only, and you can remove a PC (and so its key) from the website even while it is online.
Alpha 8.160 2026-10-22
- BackendSeppo AI 1.7.6: model names that would send your questions to an outside server are refused everywhere (cloud models), and an admin-saved chat model override now sticks.
Alpha 8.159 2026-10-22
- SiteThe Armoryhall installer checks the install folder before it writes anything, also for silent installs.
- SiteDawnforge Sync now comes as a normal installer too (per user, Start menu entry, uninstall entry, update in place, your data is kept). Admins find it under Downloads.
Alpha 8.158 2026-10-22
- SiteArmoryhall for Windows now comes as a normal installer (per user, Start menu entry, uninstall entry, update in place, your data is kept). Admins find it under Downloads.
- BackendDawnforge Sync now carries its own pinned Git (with Git LFS and sign-in), so it no longer depends on Git being installed on the PC.
- BackendSeppo AI 1.7.5: nine chat models from 2.7 to 17 GB, each marked Best pick, Fits or Too big for your graphics card; only the best pick is ticked at first, and a model is never downloaded without room for it on the disk.
Alpha 8.157 2026-10-22
- New download page at seppo.app/downloads: every Windows program you may get (Seppo AI, Dawnforge, and for admins Armoryhall and Dawnforge Sync) as a card with what it needs, version, size, three install steps, what Windows will say and a fingerprint to check the file. The profile menu now has one Downloads entry that opens it, and the landing page footer links it too.
Alpha 8.156 2026-10-22
- SiteArmoryhall uploads are easier: drop many files or a whole folder, watch each file and the total, stop and go on later (also after a reload: drop the same files again). The page guesses name, year, version and type (game, tool, ROM or emulator, installer, movie, series, music, book, document) from the files and offers details and a cover to pick; everything stays editable, and nothing is looked up for the vault.
- BackendSecurityArmoryhall items can carry year, makers, genres, type and a cover. Suggestions come from Wikidata, Wikipedia, Open Library and MusicBrainz through a small separate service that may reach only those sites; covers are checked and virus-scanned before they are kept. Admins can switch lookups off.
Alpha 8.155 2026-10-22
- BackendGablemark has an AI helper that runs only on your own PC: explain the result in words, answer questions about the figures, compare offers, fill the four inputs from a typed sentence, and say what is still missing. Only the figures shown leave the server, nothing the AI says is stored, and it says clearly when your PC is offline.
Alpha 8.154 2026-10-22
- SiteGablemark opens on a simple calculator: purchase price, own funds, interest and repayment give the loan, extra costs, monthly rate and remaining debt at once. Offers, household, subsidies and documents are folded under Details.
Alpha 8.153 2026-10-22
- BackendSeppo AI 1.7.4: a picture model you tick that is missing in the ComfyUI you already run now makes the app start its own ComfyUI and download it there, instead of downloading it nowhere. Nothing is written into your own ComfyUI folder.
Alpha 8.152 2026-10-22
- The Dawnforge Sync download is now in the profile menu under Downloads, for admins.
Alpha 8.151 2026-10-22
- BackendDawnforge Sync, the Windows git program for artists, can now be downloaded by admins from the profile menu; nothing changes for other people yet.
Alpha 8.150 2026-10-22
- Download links for every exe (Seppo AI, Dawnforge, and for admins Armoryhall) now live only in the profile menu, under Downloads, with a fingerprint link and the version where there is one. The old links on the start page, the Computers page and the admin AI page are gone.
Alpha 8.149 2026-10-22
- DesignThe admin to-do page shows each to-do as a card with its steps counted, the sites to open and the commands to run; opening a card gives a numbered step-by-step page with links to the sites and command blocks with a Copy button. Plain questions stay as single cards.
Alpha 8.148 2026-10-22
- BackendArmoryhall downloads are steadier for the launcher: every byte-range request gets exactly that range, items with many versions load quickly with older versions' update details fetched on demand, and a shared speed limit for all downloads together keeps the rest of the site fast. Admins can stop a version while it is still being prepared or scanned, and the items of a deleted account are set aside instead of staying listed.
Alpha 8.147 2026-10-22
- BackendThe admin page Computers has a table of Cloudflare picture models and which of your own PCs can paint with a similar model, and each PC panel shows its app version, memory and listed models.
Alpha 8.146 2026-10-22
- Dawnforge Sync now wears the castle look like the other Windows programs: Pirata One title, Cinzel capsule buttons with line icons, glass panes and a navy window.
Alpha 8.144 2026-10-20
- DesignThe Windows programs Seppo AI and the Armoryhall launcher now wear the castle look: Pirata One titles, Alegreya Sans text, Cinzel buttons, capsule buttons and fields, hairlines, dark icon plates, and glass cards with line icons in the launcher.
Alpha 8.143 2026-10-22
- BackendArmoryhall prepares every shared upload for small updates: files are cut into chunks of 1 to 4 MB by their content, each with its own SHA-256, so the launcher can later download only the parts of a new version that changed. Admins see how much each version shares with the one before.
Alpha 8.142 2026-10-22
- SecurityNew admin-only tool Gablemark for buying a house: costs and equity, repayment scenarios, a bank offer comparison, household check, subsidies and dates with reminders, and a checklist whose items tick themselves when a document is uploaded. Documents are checked, virus scanned, encrypted one by one, reachable only with two-factor sign-in and short-lived links, and every use is logged. A weekly check reads public KfW, IBB and rate pages and asks before changing anything; one click builds the bank folder, and nothing is sent to a bank.
Alpha 8.141 2026-10-22
- BackendNew tool Armoryhall: a library for software and games. Upload a program or a game (whole folders too, uploads go on where they stopped), choose who sees it (all accounts, named accounts or only you) and give its licence; every version keeps its files, sizes and SHA-256 hashes, and others download it once the virus scan is clean.
- SecurityArmoryhall scans every upload with ClamAV and holds it back until the scan is clean; game images, cartridge dumps and BIOS files go to your own vault, encrypted on the server and never shown to anyone else; console keys are refused; browser games run in a closed frame on their own address.
- SiteArmoryhall has terms you accept before your first upload, a report button on every item, and an admin tab for the shared space, quotas, download speed, held-back versions, reports and takedowns.
- SecurityArmoryhall can pair a PC for the coming launcher: the launcher shows a short code, you approve it on the new Pair page, and the PC may then only read the library and download, never upload, change anything, open your vault or act as admin. My PCs lists paired PCs and removes them.
- SiteAdmins can mark a version of a shared Armoryhall item as checked; the item page then shows a "Checked by an admin" badge. A newer upload is not checked until an admin looks at it again.
Alpha 8.140 2026-10-22
- DesignAlmanack's toolbar shows the word of the chosen view and keeps symbols for the others on narrower screens; the month arrows stay symbols.
- DesignButtons across the tools now show a short word beside their symbol (up to three words) instead of a bare symbol: Add, Delete, Save, Today, Trash and so on. Only crosses, arrows, the three-dots menu and similar well-known symbols stay symbol-only; the full name is still in the tooltip.
Alpha 8.139 2026-10-22
- DesignTo-dos and picks can use Markdown (bold, lists, links, headings, code, tables), so long questions and options are easier to read.
Alpha 8.138 2026-10-22
- SecurityMirrorgate no longer asks for a fresh authenticator code when you are already signed in as an admin with two-factor; one tap on Open starts it. Everyone else stays locked out.
Alpha 8.137 2026-10-22
- SiteThe company chat sends messages again: since the meetings update the Send button broke the page's send script (error 404), so the message stayed in the box.
Alpha 8.136 2026-10-22
- BackendRavenpost can sort your Proton inbox with an AI of your choice: it suggests (or, if you switch it on, moves) new mail into folders you tick, with a log and Undo. Mail text goes only to a provider you allowed, and nothing is stored but sender, subject and folder.
Alpha 8.135 2026-10-22
- DesignAll symbols across the tools (buttons, tab bars, chat list, favourites, landing page) now come from one icon set, Tabler Icons, hosted on our own server: the same clean outline look everywhere.
Alpha 8.134 2026-10-22
- BackendRavenpost can show your Proton mail next to your seppo.app mail: a second inbox in the same look, switched with two tabs. Admins only for now. Reading changes nothing in Proton (opened mails stay unread there).
- BackendIn the Proton inbox you can delete single mails, a selection or a whole folder: to Proton's Trash, and for good only from Trash and Spam, after a confirmation that names the number.
Alpha 8.133 2026-10-22
- BackendMail reminders for Almanack events: pick when to be reminded (at the start, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day or your own time) in the event dialog and get a plain mail in your own seppo.app mailbox, in your language. Off until you turn it on, only for you, once per reminder, and never for events you can only see as busy.
Alpha 8.132 2026-10-22
- BackendAdmin page Todo: things a thread needs from you (sign in somewhere, fetch or test something, answer a question) wait there; tick them off or answer, and the thread continues or closes. Open items show on the admin menu.
Alpha 8.131 2026-10-22
- BackendSecurityAdmin page Picks: answer open question sets from the team with Pick, Maybe or No and a note. Each answer is saved to a server inbox for the thread that asked; a pick is never a go for a deploy, access or spending.
Alpha 8.130 2026-10-22
- The company chat says why a message could not be sent (limit reached, git server not answering) instead of only that it failed, and the hourly limit for messages is 120 instead of 30.
Alpha 8.129 2026-10-22
- BackendMeetings in rounds in the company chat: name a topic and the roles to bring together; each answers in the meetings channel, Next round sends everyone the replies as quoted data (up to three rounds), and Close asks the CEO for one summary with a decision card. Nothing runs by itself: roles speak when they run or when you wake them.
Alpha 8.128 2026-10-22
- BackendPolls in the company chat: ask several roles one question with 2 to 6 choices; each role answers once at its next run (or when you wake it), and the Polls page shows a bar per choice, every role's reason and who has not answered yet.
Alpha 8.127 2026-10-22
- BackendThe company AI can hire and fire workers and propose projects through decision cards: a card may carry one action (more or fewer workers in an app team, or a new project request). The page draws its own Approve and run button for it; the role's own options never run it. It runs once, at most 10 actions a day, with who and when kept, and the role is told the result. Roles themselves stay fixed; a project request still needs your yes under Projects.
Alpha 8.126 2026-10-22
- BackendRoles can send you a questionnaire in the company chat: several questions with a choice each, answered with one tap on Send; the answers go back to the role as one message, once.
Alpha 8.125 2026-10-22
- The company AI has statistics: a page with tokens, runs, failed runs and answered decisions over 7 or 30 days, a bar per day, tokens per role and per provider, and a strip above the chat with today's tokens, runs and what needs you.
Alpha 8.124 2026-10-22
- DesignThe offline, restore and moved notices use the frosted glass look, the offline notice speaks German, French and Spanish, the file picker on the restore page is a proper button that fits small phones, and the tool chips on the AI overview are easy to tap.
Alpha 8.123 2026-10-20
- DesignAdmin and account pages are tidier: the phone header is readable by day, the Ship list names its column Service instead of AI provider, forms get rounded boxes, field rows line up, and the Scrollforge title and send button clear the corner curls.
Alpha 8.122 2026-10-20
- DesignTool pages read better by day: the tool name in the phone header, selected tabs and the open world's name in Worldquill, Fableknot and Sketchmere no longer fade into the glass, Whisperglass keeps its full name next to the PC light on phones, and small buttons are easier to tap.
Alpha 8.121 2026-10-20
- The company chat looks like a chat app: a rail with the company and each project, a list of its channels and roles with icons, counters and a green dot for the role that is working, round avatars on the messages, and the role tools (run now, working now, refresh) as icons in the header.
Alpha 8.120 2026-10-21
- BackendProviders for groups: on the Team roles tab one bar sets provider, model and daily tokens on many roles at once, for all roles, the company roles, one project or one role type; only the fields you fill in change.
Alpha 8.119 2026-10-21
- BackendThe company chat is smoother: sending does not reload the page (your message appears at once), the role you wrote to is woken right away within its daily limit, a line shows that it is working, and its answer appears by itself. The Team roles tab also shows per role whether reading the repository is on (it needs a fixed AI provider).
Alpha 8.118 2026-10-20
- BackendThe company AI chat is free: you pick a person or group in the list and just write, with no kind or topic to choose. Roles can ask you to decide with a card (title, text, up to six options, one recommended): it shows as buttons in the chat and in a new Needs you list, your tap goes back to the role as a message and a card can be answered once. Questionnaires, polls and statistics follow.
Alpha 8.117 2026-10-21
- DesignAlmanack slides its content when you change tools while the frame stays: the calendar and the side list are marked for the page transition.
Alpha 8.116 2026-10-21
- AI providers start with a sensible daily token limit (plans 3 million, free tiers 100 thousand to 1 million, paid APIs 300 thousand) instead of no limit, and the recommended-order button fills any empty limit; limits an admin set stay.
Alpha 8.115 2026-10-20
- BackendMoonbrush can paint with the FLUX.2 models that replace Cloudflare (klein 4B, klein 9B, dev): they appear in the picture model picker whenever a PC you may use has the set ready, on your own PC first or a member's PC that shares (a photo goes to a member's PC only after your yes). Admins can switch each model per person on the accounts page.
Alpha 8.114 2026-10-21
- The company AI shows Markdown: headings, lists, bold, code, tables and links in the roles' messages and in the Markdown files of the team page (drawn safely by the browser, links only http or https).
Alpha 8.113 2026-10-21
- DesignFive castle pictures are redrawn: the Castle Hall day picture has one big window again, the Lantern Festival day picture shows the valley behind the lanterns, the lake day picture has rich turquoise and gold, and the forest pictures lost their seam in the middle.
- BackendAdmins can adjust the picture model sets that PCs download: switch a set off for everyone or point a file at another pinned Hugging Face address with its own checksum and size, with a change log; the new address reaches only PCs that do not have the file yet.
Alpha 8.112 2026-10-21
- BackendSeppo AI 1.7.3: Claude project pictures can use their own picture engine next to a ComfyUI you already run (only after you tick a set, with a disk check, Cancel and a hashed package list), your own ComfyUI is never touched, and the app's folder override is now strictly limited to a folder named SeppoAI.
Alpha 8.111 2026-10-21
- BackendThe company AI (the team workspace with its Set up, Run now and talk box) is now a tab of the AI hub and no longer a separate entry in the admin side list; the Image models tab lists the project picture sets (FLUX.2 klein and the others that replace Cloudflare) next to the checkpoints, read only. Admins can now adjust the PC model sets on the AI app and models tab: switch a set off for everyone, or replace a file's download address, sha256 and size (https, huggingface.co only, a pinned commit; names and folders stay fixed; reset to the built-in values any time; a change log is kept).
Alpha 8.110 2026-10-21
- BackendSeppo AI 1.7.0 has a native Windows window, tray icon and installer (instead of a PowerShell window) around the same engine; it updates from 1.6 by itself, and the app team prompt caps its standing texts and no longer marks unread messages as read when they do not fit.
Alpha 8.109 2026-10-20
- DesignMoving between tools, only the content moves now: the old page slides out and the new one slides in, while the background, the bars and the glass frames stay exactly where they are.
- DesignThe castle picture no longer zooms in a little just after a page opens.
Alpha 8.108 2026-10-21
- BackendEvery role of the app team now reads one standing company work plan (plan.md in the company repo, with a built-in fallback) before it starts, so all roles work toward the same goals; the Set up team files button creates the plan file if it is missing and never overwrites an edited one.
Alpha 8.107 2026-10-21
- DesignThe side list's glass now grows or shrinks smoothly to its new height when you change tools, instead of jumping.
Alpha 8.106 2026-10-20
- DesignChanging from one page to another is smoother: the scene, the logo bar and the glass stay still while only the content cross-fades (before, the scene covered all panes for a moment), the bar, side list and scene picture are there from the first frame, fonts are preloaded, the next tool page is fetched ahead when you point at its link, and the phone side list no longer slides away on every page load.
Alpha 8.105 2026-10-20
- BackendThe admin AI area is one hub: one AI entry in the side list, an Overview tab (providers on, tokens today, PCs online, what waits) and tabs for AI providers, image models, AI app and models and AI Forges. The old pages keep their settings; the providers moved to /admin/ai/providers. New tabs: Team roles (provider, model, daily tokens of every company and app role in one place) and Budget (tokens by provider and image neurons by project against their limits, read only).
Alpha 8.104 2026-10-20
- DesignThe account page and the admin hub no longer repeat the side list as buttons: the account page shows a short summary and the hub shows what needs you. The Day or Night choice now also reaches the account and admin pages (it is kept in a cookie for all seppo.app addresses), so their background matches the tools.
Alpha 8.103 2026-10-20
- DesignAlmanack on phones: the page resizes with the keyboard, sheets never pan sideways, and hovering or pressing buttons no longer flickers the glass (the highlight is an instant colour or ring change).
Alpha 8.102 2026-10-21
- DesignHovering no longer lifts, scales or fades anything on or around glass (buttons, cards, bars, menus, the search star): hover and focus change a colour or ring instantly, because moving a glass pane makes the browser re-blur it on every frame and that showed as flicker.
Alpha 8.101 2026-10-21
- BackendThe app team has six more advisory roles (release, analyst, compliance, support, QA and finance) and a written job description for every position; the advisers can keep their own research notes up to date, and a new Set up team files button in the team area creates the missing role and job files.
Alpha 8.100 2026-10-20
- DesignThe castle pictures have depth again, done properly this time: every picture is cut into three layers (far, middle, near) and, with a mouse, the layers shift against each other as the pointer moves. It only moves while the pointer moves, never on touch screens and never with reduced motion.
Alpha 8.99 2026-10-21
- DesignOn phones the header and the bottom bar of the chat now always stay in view; they no longer slide away while you read down a conversation.
Alpha 8.98 2026-10-21
- DesignOn phones, popups (dialogs, the side-list sheet, menus, the mail compose sheet, the Almanack sheets) no longer scroll sideways or bounce, and the page behind them stays still: their glass edge no longer counts as scrollable overflow, long words wrap, and button rows wrap instead of running out of the sheet.
Alpha 8.97 2026-10-20
- DesignOn phones the chat and the page-style tools (How the AI works, Mirrorgate) scroll as one page instead of inside a frame, so the browser's address bar folds away and the keyboard no longer pushes things around; tools with their own panes look as before.
Alpha 8.96 2026-10-20
- DesignPhones: the page now reaches under the browser's address bar (viewport-fit cover with safe-area edges), the layout follows the on-screen keyboard (the message box sits right above the keys and returns when it closes), inputs are at least 16 pixels so the page no longer zooms when you tap one, a soft strip sits under the status bar of the installed app, the bar colour follows the scene, a dialog locks the page behind it, and controls no longer select text or flash on tap.
Alpha 8.95 2026-10-20
- DesignLess flicker in the glass: menus, cards, page changes, the phone bars and the phone drawer no longer fade their glass in and out (they slide or scale instead), because fading a glass pane or its parent switches its frosting off for a moment.
Alpha 8.94 2026-10-20
- DesignAlmanack now uses symbol buttons with a tooltip and little text: the toolbar, the calendar list, dialogs and sheets show symbols (month, week, day and list views, today, add, share, sync, trash), the main actions keep their word, and delete and conflict choices stay in words.
Alpha 8.93 2026-10-20
- DesignAll tools are reworked like the mail page: buttons are symbols with a tooltip and at most one word, intro lines and hint paragraphs are gone (the hints are tooltips), and the tool's description under its name in the header is a tooltip too. Whisperglass, Hollowkeep, Worldquill, Fableknot, Sketchmere, Mirrorgate, Grainwright, the colour palette, How the AI works and the account and admin pages.
Alpha 8.92 2026-10-20
- SecurityAlmanack's write-back to CalDAV is stricter about version tags: an empty tag is never trusted, a tag that only matches after dropping a weak or gzip marker also needs the event text to match, and an event whose long notes were cut for the copy can no longer be deleted from Almanack by mistake.
Alpha 8.91 2026-10-20
- DesignAlmanack now sits in the same frame as the other tools: the calendar list, month and invitations are the side list, the header shows the Almanack plate, and on a phone the bottom bar has Calendars on the left, New event in the middle and More on the right.
Alpha 8.90 2026-10-20
- SecurityAlmanack's write-back to CalDAV calendars no longer gets stuck on servers that change an event's version tag between reads (a change is sent or shown as a conflict, with a clear message if it cannot be decided), never deletes an event whose managed content was edited elsewhere, and older waiting changes with stray control characters are cleaned up so they go out.
Alpha 8.89 2026-10-20
- SecurityAlmanack's write-back to CalDAV calendars is safer: before every change or delete it reads the event on the server again and sends nothing if it changed meanwhile, deleting a new event whose first send was lost can no longer undo or remove edits made elsewhere, one odd event no longer pauses all sending, and stray control characters in text are removed so servers accept the event.
Alpha 8.88 2026-10-20
- BackendSeppo AI 1.6.1 fixes the double click that did nothing: the app now writes a log file, shows a note when something goes wrong instead of closing silently, and installs with default settings if its window does not open.
Alpha 8.87 2026-10-20
- SecurityAlmanack can now send your changes back to a CalDAV calendar (Apple iCloud, Nextcloud, Fastmail), one calendar at a time and off by default. Only you can write, changes wait in a list and are never overwritten without asking, conflicts show both versions, and events with guests are never changed from Almanack so no invitation mail is sent in your name.
- BackendAlmanack now recognises Google and Microsoft accounts by their permanent id instead of the mail address.
Alpha 8.86 2026-10-20
- DesignRavenpost uses symbol buttons with a tooltip instead of text buttons (reply keeps its word), and the intro lines are gone.
- Writing a mail in Ravenpost suggests addresses from the people you wrote to and heard from lately, under To, Cc and Bcc.
Alpha 8.85 2026-10-20
- SiteRavenpost now opens a mail client built into the site (seppo.app/mail/) in the castle look: folders, search, reading with pictures blocked until you ask, reply, forward, drafts and attachments, in all four languages. The old webmail stays available at mail.seppo.app.
Alpha 8.84 2026-10-20
- DesignOn phones the bottom bar's left button now opens the same glass sheet above the bar on every page (Grainwright's settings, the page sections, the tool lists), and the chat drawer lists every chat, not only the pinned and the six most recent.
Alpha 8.83 2026-10-20
- DesignOn the page How the AI works, the Back to top and Print this page buttons now work.
Alpha 8.82 2026-10-20
- DesignMirrorgate, Grainwright, the colour palette editor and the page How the AI works now use the same frame as the other tools: a side list under the logo bar (Grainwright's settings, the palette controls, the sections of a page), the tool header, one main window, and on phones the bottom bar whose left button opens the side list.
- DesignEvery tool page now shares one frame: the side list under the logo bar, the tool header beside it and one main window below it, with the same bottom bar on phones. Hollowkeep, Worldquill, Fableknot and Sketchmere draw their side places from the shared frame instead of their own copies.
Alpha 8.81 2026-10-20
- SiteA line under the space bar in the sidebar explains that the colours show which tool takes how much space, in all four languages.
- SiteA short note under Export and Import says what an .ics file is and that a copy is not updated, and points to the link and CalDAV options, in all four languages.
Alpha 8.80 2026-10-20
- DesignGrainwright has an Auto button: it recognises the material, measures the picture and sets lighting removal, contrast, normal strength, occlusion, edge strength and edge matching for it, and finds the metal parts by itself (the AI outlines the parts, then checks what each one is made of). One Undo step takes it all back; the metal block also has Find metal automatically on its own.
Alpha 8.79 2026-10-20
- SecurityAlmanack can now connect Google and Microsoft calendars (read only): sign in with the provider, pick the calendars, and they refresh by themselves, showing 2 months back and 13 months ahead. If access stops, the calendar shows a Reconnect button and keeps its events.
- DesignAlmanack's left column is tidier: one Add calendar button opens a dialog with tiles for Google, Microsoft, Apple iCloud, Proton (share link), other CalDAV and a calendar link, and a menu holds new group space, connected accounts and the trash.
Alpha 8.78 2026-10-20
- DesignA small (i) next to the circle, where your AI runs, two-factor setup, locked mail and Approvals opens a short plain-language explanation, in all four languages.
Alpha 8.77 2026-10-20
- DesignReelhearth now looks like the rest of the site: the player wears the castle look (glass panels, Pirata One titles, painted hall by night and by day, following your device's light or dark setting).
Alpha 8.76 2026-10-20
- DesignThe menu section The Study is split into two rooms: The Study (Ravenpost and Almanack) and The Vault (Hollowkeep and Reelhearth), in all four languages.
Alpha 8.75 2026-10-20
- DesignYour space is now drawn in colours: the bar is split into one piece per tool, with a legend of names and sizes below it. Admins see the same split for every person and for everyone together.
Alpha 8.74 2026-10-20
- BackendNew tool Reelhearth: everyone's videos in one shared Jellyfin library for the browser, TVs and phones. Videos count toward each person's space (the limit the admin sets), removed videos wait in a trash, and apps connect with a code from the Reelhearth page.
Alpha 8.73 2026-10-20
- SecurityAlmanack can now read other calendars: add one from a calendar link (Google, Outlook, iCloud or Nextcloud feeds) or from a CalDAV account such as iCloud or Fastmail. They show up as read-only synced calendars and refresh by themselves; passwords and links are entered once, stored encrypted and never shown again. The server only fetches public https addresses, and a failed or empty fetch never deletes your copy.
Alpha 8.72 2026-10-20
- BackendProject pictures can now be redrawn from one or two pictures on a member's own AI PC, free of neurons, with the strongest model that PC has ready; big model sets only come when the PC's owner asks for them.
- BackendSeppo AI 1.6.0 gets a setup window without a console, tabs for install, models and settings, a switch per model for what it shares, a GPU limit and autostart; an admin can retire chat models for all PCs on the models page.
Alpha 8.71 2026-10-20
- DesignAll castle pictures are redrawn in higher quality, and every background now has three themes with their own day and night pictures: Castle Hall (Rose Loggia, Lantern Festival, Winter Solstice), Castle Lake (Drowned Towers, Coral Palace, Stormlit Mere), Forest (Elder Grove, Harvest Grove, Spring Blossom) and Dragon Keep (Ember Vale, Frost Wyrm, Ash Bloom).
Alpha 8.70 2026-10-20
- DesignGrainwright can detect the material of a picture (stone, wood, metal, fabric) with a small AI model in the browser and pick the matching preset, and you can mark the metal parts by clicking on the picture: the AI outlines the part under each click. Both models load only when used, run in this browser and send nothing away.
- DesignGrainwright's Depth AI height now takes the broad shape from the depth model and keeps the fine grain from the picture's own brightness (switchable).
Alpha 8.69 2026-10-20
- DesignCastle Lake gets two new generated themes, Coral Palace (coral-grown towers, jellyfish, rose and violet) and Stormlit Mere (lightning over purple water), each with a day and a night picture.
Alpha 8.68 2026-10-20
- SecurityAlmanack: the creator of a calendar in a group space can now take it out of the space (it stays theirs with all its events), and every invitation attempt, including to unknown names, counts toward the daily invitation limit.
Alpha 8.67 2026-10-20
- SecurityAlmanack calendars can now be shared by login name with the roles Owner, Editor, Viewer and Busy only (busy-only people see time blocks and nothing else, enforced on the server), and group spaces hold several calendars for the same people. Invitations are accepted or declined in the app; the creator of a calendar can never be removed.
Alpha 8.66 2026-10-20
- DesignCastle themes are now real generated pictures instead of recoloured ones: Castle Hall gets Lantern Festival and Winter Solstice (day and night), Dragon Keep gets the Frost Wyrm at night. The theme page shows the themes with their own colours and only the accent colour can still be changed; the colour-by-colour picture editor is gone.
Alpha 8.65 2026-10-20
- The old Work tab's saved threads, messages, projects and notification settings are cleared from the database for good, and its leftover code is gone. Scrollforge chat and the log of what was sent from it stay.
Alpha 8.64 2026-10-20
- DesignThe menu sections have castle names: The Scriptorium (AI), The Forge (game dev), The Study (calendar, files and mail) and The Watchtower (admin), in all four languages.
Alpha 8.63 2026-10-20
- DesignThe menu sections are renamed: Worldbuilding is now Game dev, and Almanack joins Files and mail in a section called Desk (Time is gone as its own section).
Alpha 8.62 2026-10-20
- DesignThe castle picture now stands still: no breathing light, sway, water ripple, cursor light or parallax. Light moves instead: one bright streak crosses the lit glass when you tap, scroll or open the menu (about half a second), and a soft band of light wipes across when day turns to night. Reduced motion turns both off, and nothing runs while the tab is hidden.
- DesignThe Workspace theme is now Lantern Desk: warm charcoal with a soft light from the top, brass buttons, a Cormorant page title and faint gold hairlines. By day it turns into a parchment version. The old Light preset is now Parchment.
Alpha 8.61 2026-10-20
- DesignThe main menu, the search sheet and the landing page are more compact: smaller cards, plates and type, and short sections now sit side by side instead of one section per row. The sections are now AI, Worldbuilding, Time, Files and mail, and Admin.
Alpha 8.60 2026-10-20
- DesignGrainwright: the 3D settings (shape, repeat, displacement) now sit in the 3D preview itself, the sliders take the colour of the current theme instead of brown in day mode, and the map tiles line up with equal heights and round info and download buttons.
- DesignGrainwright makes pictures tile by cutting along the line where the picture and a shifted copy look most alike, so there is no ghosting and the grain stays untouched; the soft blend is still there as a switch.
- DesignGrainwright can tame shiny glints and lift very dark dips before the height is made, so a highlight does not turn into a bump and a hard shadow does not turn into a hole.
Alpha 8.58 2026-10-20
- BackendNew tool Almanack, your own calendar: month, week, day and agenda views, repeating events that keep their local time through daylight saving changes, several calendars with colours, ICS import and export, and a 30-day trash for deleted calendars and events. Sharing, sync and AI access come later.
- SiteAlmanack is in the main menu and the search sheet, with its own tool plate.
Alpha 8.57 2026-10-20
- DesignGrainwright settings are now Liquid Glass: a glass inspector with translucent group cards, sunk glass fields, a gold-edged Key settings group on top with larger controls (height detail and contrast, normal and occlusion strength, edge blending), and a real glass bottom sheet on phones, in day and night.
- DesignNew shared Liquid Glass slider (glass-slider.css and .js): sunk glass track with a gold-to-cream fill, glass thumb, value tip while dragging, a tick at the default value, keyboard steps and a large touch target; only Grainwright uses it for now.
- DesignGrainwright: the edge blend now keeps the colours of the picture (histogram matching), and the height can mix fine, medium and large shapes.
Alpha 8.56 2026-10-20
- DesignThe main menu, the search sheet and the landing page are split into sections again (AI, Worldbuilding, Files and so on), each with its own heading and its own centred cards. The cards now follow the icon plate: card and plate corners run parallel.
Alpha 8.55 2026-10-20
- BackendA new company role, the CTO, keeps one technical overview per app (stack, how it is built and released, open technical risks) in the company repository. The CTO reads every app's repository itself, can be asked by the leads, and the lead of an app sees the overview of its app in every run. Like the other company roles it is off until you start it, and costs show in the token log.
Alpha 8.54 2026-10-20
- BackendSecurityTeam roles can now ask to read files of their own app repository (AGENTS.md, docs, code folders, the recent commits) while they have no tools: the server fetches what is allowed, blanks anything that looks like a secret, and asks the role again, up to three rounds within its daily token limit. A role's first run starts by reading the project. Reading only works for a role that has an AI provider pinned to it: with none pinned, nothing is sent and the role is told so; providers that search the web never get project files.
Alpha 8.53 2026-10-20
- DesignPhones held upright now get their own portrait paintings of the four castle scenes (day and night): the castle, window or keep sits in the upper part and calm glass below, where the menu card is, instead of a cut-out slice of the wide picture. Turning the phone switches pictures.
Alpha 8.52 2026-10-20
- DesignIn the main menu and the search sheet every tool icon now sits in the same spot at the left of its card, no longer moving with the length of the name.
Alpha 8.51 2026-10-20
- DesignGrainwright: better maps. Ambient occlusion is now worked out from the height like horizon-based occlusion in games, the normal map can mix fine, medium and large shapes, metal can be picked by colour, lighting can be removed from the picture, edge blending keeps the grain strong, and the height is saved as a 16 bit picture.
- DesignGrainwright: new Unreal export (textures named for Unreal with the green channel pointing down, an ORM picture, a 16 bit height, a script for the Unreal Editor and a README), and a 3D preview that lifts the plane and the sphere with the height map.
- DesignGrainwright: the settings panel is ordered by use (Normal and Height first, rarely used sliders under More), and every term has an (i) with a plain-words explanation in all four languages.
- HollowkeepGrainwright saves its maps into a Hollowkeep folder again (never replacing a file), also for several pictures picked in Hollowkeep at once; the button for adding many files from this device is gone.
Alpha 8.50 2026-10-20
- DesignThe search sheet is wider and shows four tool cards per row on wide screens, three on narrower windows and two on a phone.
Alpha 8.49 2026-10-20
- DesignThe main menu and the search sheet now show every tool as the same card: equal width, height, icon plate and text lines, in one centred grid with no gaps in the last row, on desktop, tablet and phone.
Alpha 8.48 2026-10-20
- DesignGrainwright settings now work like the Inspector in Unreal and Unity: a panel on the right with foldout groups per map, a value field and slider on every property, drag a label to change the number, a reset arrow on every changed property and every group, and remembered open groups; on a phone it is a bottom sheet.
- HollowkeepSecurityGrainwright now only reads pictures from Hollowkeep and never uploads to it; results come as downloads, and many pictures at once come as one ZIP.
Alpha 8.47 2026-10-19
- SecurityGrainwright is now open to every signed-in user, not only admins; it works on the user's own Hollowkeep pictures and nothing leaves their account.
Alpha 8.46 2026-10-19
- DesignGrainwright is now in the main menu and the search sheet (under Worldbuilding, admins only), no longer only in the Admin panel.
Alpha 8.45 2026-10-19
- DesignNew admin tool Grainwright, texture maps (in the App Manager menu): open a picture from Hollowkeep or this device and get height, normal, metallic, smoothness, ambient occlusion and edge maps, with settings, a tiled preview, and PNG files saved to the Hollowkeep folder "Texture maps" or downloaded. Everything is calculated in the browser; the height can also come from a depth AI that runs in the browser (a 27 MB model, downloaded once).
- DesignGrainwright now has a lit 3D preview, presets (stone, wood, metal, fabric), a picture-versus-map slider, undo and a reset on every slider, a tile view of 1, 2 × 2 or 3 × 3 with a warning when the edges would show seams, a progress bar for the depth AI, many pictures at once into Hollowkeep, ready-made ZIP and engine packs, and on a phone one map at a time by swiping.
Alpha 8.44 2026-10-19
- BackendSecurityThe Ship page can now build Android apps: pick a version of an app and build a debug APK and a release bundle (AAB) on the server, or a signed bundle once the upload key is stored. The upload key can be created on the server (stored encrypted, never shown) or pasted in. Finished builds can be downloaded. The Google Play upload is a placeholder that only records what it would do; nothing is sent to any store.
Alpha 8.43 2026-10-19
- BackendTeam roles can now answer: a Run now button wakes one role, which reads its unread messages, the company direction and its role file and answers once, with the provider and model set for it. The answers become messages and a status file in git; each role has a daily token cap and shows its last run and tokens today. Nothing runs by itself, and a role can only write to the people and channels its role allows.
Alpha 8.42 2026-10-19
- BackendThe Team page is now a chat workspace: company channels and one channel per app on the left, direct messages with each role, the conversation in the middle with pinned documents, and on the right who is working and the AI use today. All conversations lists what the roles write to each other, read only. Unread counts show per channel. Everything is still a Markdown file in git; roles answer once their sessions run.
Alpha 8.41 2026-10-19
- SecurityBackendA new admin page, Ship, holds the connections for shipping the apps: Google Play, App Store Connect, a macOS build service, RevenueCat, AdMob, AppLovin, Unity LevelPlay and a web checkout. A key goes into a form once; it is stored encrypted on the server, never shown again and never given to an AI role, and Revoke deletes it. The page also has your checklist of accounts, tax and legal pages, per app. Nothing is sent to any provider yet.
Alpha 8.40 2026-10-19
- BackendA new admin page, Team, shows the hierarchy of your apps' product teams (Company AI, three consultants, a lead, tech lead and workers per app) and a talk box: you write a direction, question, feedback or status request to one role or to everyone, and it waits as a Markdown file in that role's inbox in git. Replies, statuses and the team files can be read there. Roles answer once their sessions run, which is the next step.
Alpha 8.39 2026-10-19
- DesignA new forest picture in leaded glass: a castle on a green hill, a stone bridge over a stream, a timber cottage, lanterns and glowing mushrooms, in day and night. The forest colourways and the colour editor's tones fit it.
Alpha 8.38 2026-10-19
- BackendApps are now added by hand: the Apps page starts empty and you add the projects that should become apps (and remove them again). An added app is gated, so what goes live on its test page goes through you, with a preview of the new version first.
- BackendEvery app gets a product team (project lead, tech lead, workers) with an AI provider, model and daily limit per role, and an approvals queue: the team asks for decisions (patches, public posts, spend, prices) and nothing happens until you approve. Each app also has its targets: test page, Google Play, App Store.
Alpha 8.37 2026-10-19
- The admin menu is sorted into six clear groups: People, Apps & code, AI, Website look, Mail and Server. Apps, projects, code and the changelog now sit together; backups and activity moved to Server. Every page and address stays the same.
- On the AI providers page, Claude (your plan) now has a model picker: automatic, or one of the Claude models the runner offers. The choice is stored with the other AI settings and used for the plan's tasks.
Alpha 8.36 2026-10-19
- ScrollforgeSiteVoice input shows your words live while you speak: a line above the message box with settled words in full colour and the still-changing end muted, so you can spot mistakes at once. On-device voice now writes out the recording every few seconds instead of only after you stop (live for the first 25 seconds).
Alpha 8.35 2026-10-19
- BackendA new admin page, Apps, lists every project as an app with its state, live version and versions waiting. An app can be set to gated: its publish then only stages a version, and you publish it by typing go; earlier versions can be rolled back. Apps stay direct (publish at once) until you change that.
Alpha 8.34 2026-10-19
- SiteThe Work tab is hidden for now: Scrollforge shows only Chat, with no Work tab in the header or the phone bar. Nothing is deleted, and old Work links open the chat.
Alpha 8.33 2026-10-19
- DesignThe forest is back to the leaded-glass picture: the new cottage picture was soft and painted, not leaded glass. The forest colourways fit the glass picture again.
Alpha 8.32 2026-10-19
- DesignA new forest picture: a fairy-tale cottage by a stone bridge, with lanterns, glowing mushrooms and the castle on its hill, in day and night. The forest colourways and the colour editor's tones fit the new picture.
Alpha 8.31 2026-10-18
- DesignFifteen new theme colourways: three more for each castle theme (Gilded, Sapphire and Emerald Loggia; Moonpearl Mere, Sunken Gold and Coral Depths; Fairy Ring, Bluebell Glade and Honeydew Dell for a friendlier, fairy-tale forest; Venom Wyrm, Royal Wyrm and Ashen Keep) and Midnight, Pine and Light for Workspace.
Alpha 8.30 2026-10-18
- DesignThe colour editor now shows which part of the picture a tone changes (the rest is dimmed), names the tones after what they colour (Sky, Water, Mountains and so on), leaves out tones that change nothing you could see, and the picture cards no longer pick up a cream shape after a tap on a phone.
Alpha 8.29 2026-10-18
- DesignThe colour editor shows the castle picture with its six tones as dots: pick a dot, then change that tone with hue, saturation and brightness sliders. The colours of the interface are in a closed section below.
Alpha 8.28 2026-10-18
- DesignThe colour editor shows the castle themes as arched cards, saving is one small menu, and on a phone held sideways the pictures stay visible next to the editor.
Alpha 8.27 2026-10-18
- DesignOn a phone held sideways the landing menu now starts folded, so the picture shows first instead of being covered by the open menu; open it with the round button, and your choice is kept.
Alpha 8.26 2026-10-18
- DesignOn tall phone screens the castle pictures now sit in the upper part of the screen, cut to their main subject (the castle, bridge or keep), and melt into a soft copy of themselves below, so the menu card no longer hides the motive.
Alpha 8.25 2026-10-17
- DesignEach castle picture now has its own six colours, found in the painting: change one and that colour changes everywhere it appears in the glass (the shades in between follow smoothly), instead of one colour theme for the whole picture. The pictures themselves were repainted in the colours of their themes (Rose Loggia, Drowned Towers, Elder Grove, Ember Vale), and the second themes recolour the picture itself.
- DesignThe castle pictures' parallax follows the new paintings: new depth maps, so the curtains, towers and floor shift against the distance as they should.
Alpha 8.24 2026-10-17
- DesignAI projects can now copy the look of the website: seppo.app/style.md describes the Liquid Glass material, the fonts, the colours and the castle scene pictures, with a starter page, and is linked from agents.md and llms.txt.
Alpha 8.23 2026-10-17
- SiteTables on the admin pages (invites, newsletters, projects, Shellward events and more) no longer run off the edge of a phone: each row becomes a card with its column names, and the buttons are easy to tap.
Alpha 8.22 2026-10-16
- The Seppo AI app (1.3.0) shows one progress window for every download with the model's name, percent, size and speed, no longer opens a File Explorer window for each web page it shows, and has a Check for updates item in its tray menu that fetches new or changed models and a new app version with a fingerprint check. It also checks for model changes by itself every six hours.
Alpha 8.21 2026-10-16
- SecurityShellward now shows the Castle Hall picture (night and day, like the site) behind the terminal, and its bar has a Main page button.
Alpha 8.20 2026-10-16
- DesignScrollforge no longer shows the admin list beside it: the chat list sits where every tool's side list sits, under the logo bar, and the chat fills the window. The admin pages stay in the header menu. The chat list is its own glass card like Whisperglass's, and Chat and Work are a capsule with icons above it, as wide as the list.
Alpha 8.19 2026-10-16
- DesignFixed Scrollforge chat bubbles being cut off after about two lines: they now grow with their text, code and lists.
Alpha 8.18 2026-10-16
- DesignThe logo in the top corner bar is bigger and its lettering is redrawn wider. On the landing page the More button became a round info button next to it, and the copyright moved down beside Legal notice and Privacy policy.
Alpha 8.17 2026-10-16
- DesignAdmin pages now use the full window width, and their side list sits exactly under the logo bar, 14px from the edge.
Alpha 8.16 2026-10-16
- DesignAll side lists (chats, Scrollforge, admin pages, Work) are now the same width, and the logo and search bar in the corner has that same width and lines up with them.
Alpha 8.15 2026-10-16
- DesignThe castle pictures are painted again as real leaded glass: thick lead lines that follow the forms, mottled antique glass, light glowing through, in sharp 4K on large screens (phones still get the small copy).
- DesignThe second colourway of each castle theme now repaints the glass through a colour gradient made from its palette, instead of turning single hues, so the pictures keep their light, grain and lead and look like glass in new colours.
Alpha 8.14 2026-10-16
- SiteShellward no longer asks for a second two-factor code: signing in as an admin with two-factor opens it. Its idle and 4-hour limits, the lock button and the recording stay; Mirrorgate still asks.
Alpha 8.13 2026-10-16
- WhisperglassDesignScrollforge and Whisperglass now draw chat messages with the very same code and styles (one shared bubbles.css), so the bubbles look and behave the same in both.
Alpha 8.12 2026-10-16
- DesignThe round fold button on the landing menu now fades out with the menu when you open another page, instead of staying on screen alone.
Alpha 8.11 2026-10-16
- The old direct line from the server to Seppo's own PC is switched off. AI requests go to PCs in the AI circle or the small AI on the device.
Alpha 8.10 2026-10-16
- DesignHollowkeep shows your files as frosted glass bubbles like the chat, instead of a plain list.
- SiteA new switch above the files changes the view like in a file explorer: list, icons or previews with a small picture of each image and PDF. Hollowkeep remembers your choice on each device.
Alpha 8.9 2026-10-16
- DesignThe Whisperglass conversation sits in a framed pane like the Scrollforge chat instead of floating loose on the picture.
- DesignThe drawing board no longer runs into the corners of its glass sheet: it has an even margin and rounded corners.
- DesignScrollforge chat messages now look and sit like Whisperglass's bubbles: frosted glass bubbles, yours on the right, answers on the left.
- DesignEvery page with the top bar and the side list now has the same wide width as Scrollforge, set in one place instead of per page.
Alpha 8.8 2026-10-16
- DesignLess flicker behind the glass: the light and movement of the castle picture now fade in and out slowly when you start or stop using a page, instead of jumping, and the breathing of the lit windows is gentler.
Alpha 8.7 2026-10-16
- DesignTooltips are now drawn by the site in its own colours, dark plate with light text at night and cream plate with dark text by day, instead of the browser's system-coloured box. They also show on keyboard focus and close with Escape.
- DesignGlass menus, sheets, cards and new chat messages no longer fade in or out. The fade made the glass lose its frost for a moment and snap back, which looked like flicker and changing opacity; they now slide in with the frost steady.
Alpha 8.6 2026-10-16
- DesignThe Scrollforge and Work pages now use nearly the full width of a wide screen instead of a narrow centred column.
- DesignThe glass side menu of the Admin pages no longer shows a stray line at its bottom right; its list scrolls inside the glass.
Alpha 8.5 2026-10-16
- DesignNew pages made with Scrollforge now come in the castle look of seppo.app by default: Pirata One titles, cream and gold, frosted glass, day and night. Older pages stay as they are; ask for another style to opt out.
Alpha 8.4 2026-10-16
- DesignChats use much more of a wide screen. When you answer an AI's question form, your answer is no longer shown a second time as a message; the form keeps your picks.
Alpha 8.3 2026-10-16
- DesignThe site is now called Dawnforge, by Seppo. The header lettering, page titles, mails and the home-screen name use the new name.
Alpha 8.2 2026-10-16
- SecurityYou can release a file or folder in Hollowkeep for Claude: a read-only token for just that item, one day by default (up to 30), shown once, revocable at any time, with a log of what was read. Vault items can never be released.
- BackendThe admin menu has a new page, Project pages, with one list of every Claude project site: name, address, and whether it is published.
- SecurityShellward, the server terminal, now wears the castle look: a Pirata One title, gold-edged glass bar and key row, a dark plate for the terminal, and a Day version in the system's light setting.
Alpha 8.1 2026-10-16
- SiteSecurityRavenpost is the webmail: its button in the tools menu and on the landing page opens mail.seppo.app and carries the Invite only badge. Admins and people an admin invited (with two-factor sign-in) can open it; the server checks this on every webmail request. The mailbox, forward and domain panel is back in the Admin section as Mail, where admins also manage the invite list.
Alpha 8.0 2026-10-16
- SiteSecurityThe mail panel is now its own tool, Ravenpost, in the tools menu with its own icon. It is open to admins and to people an admin invites (Invite only badge); the server checks this on every page and form, and the old Admin address leads to the new place.
Alpha 7.87 2026-10-15
- DesignThemes with a turned colourway (any accent other than the painted one) no longer flash the original picture colours for a few frames on every page; the theme colours show from the first paint.
Alpha 7.86 2026-10-15
- DesignLanding page: the splash line next to the Dawnforge lettering now changes at random on every visit, from GHOULE TOOLE and eight more.
Alpha 7.85 2026-10-15
- DesignWhisperglass opens faster and its message box no longer jumps when the page finishes loading.
- DesignPages no longer jump while they load on phones: the landing menu, the docs, the admin pages and the changelog stay put.
- Work: if live updates are blocked, the page loads a copy once and says so; errors show in a small line instead of pop-up boxes; sending with no thread picked tells you to pick one.
Alpha 7.84 2026-10-15
- DesignChat and Work switch with plain underline tabs instead of the oval toggle.
- Work: a slimmer top bar (settings fold behind a gear), All / Needs you / Working chips, and a chat menu for model, mode, Go and Clear. Threads that wait on you sit together at the top.
Alpha 7.83 2026-10-15
- DesignNight mode now shows the very same castle pictures as day, only at night: moonlit skies, lit windows and glowing lava, with all the leaded glass kept.
Alpha 7.82 2026-10-15
- WorldquillFableknotSketchmerePressing Enter in a name box now confirms the dialog (new folder, text file, world, story, board) instead of cancelling it.
- New text file opens its editor again.
- Sending a message with Enter leaves the message box truly empty (it kept a blank line before).
- FableknotScrollforgeJumping to a scene, block or chat run no longer glides when your device asks for reduced motion.
- DesignPhone More drawer: a space between Changelog and the version number.
Alpha 7.81 2026-10-15
- DesignMore room for chats on phones: slimmer message bubbles, and the header and bottom bar slide away while you read down and come back when you scroll up.
Alpha 7.80 2026-10-15
- DesignCastle backgrounds, day and night: a little more life while you use the page. Lit glass breathes like candlelight, the Lake's water ripples, the Forest and the Keep lean in a breeze. It rests when you are idle, stays off on phones and with reduced motion, and switches itself off on a device that cannot keep up.
Alpha 7.79 2026-10-15
- DesignTheme editor: colors you pick now change the whole page at once, and on phones the editor folds down to a bar so you can see the result.
- DesignLanding page on phones: the More drawer now looks like the drawer inside the tools, with glass rows, and no longer runs off the screen.
Alpha 7.78 2026-10-14
- DesignLanding page: a tilted, pulsing gold splash line next to the Dawnforge lettering, like the yellow one in the Minecraft main menu. It stands still if your device asks for less motion.
Alpha 7.77 2026-10-14
- FableknotSitePhones: More no longer repeats what the left tab already opens (Manage chats in Whisperglass, Learn ink in Fableknot).
- DesignPhones: the old menu button no longer pops back into a tool's header while the search sheet or the keyboard is open, so the search button and the tool's name stay in place.
- DesignPhones: the More menu, the side list and the attach menu are frosted glass that follows day and night; in day mode they were dark with dark text.
Alpha 7.76 2026-10-14
- The AI computers have a new name: AI Forges in the Admin menu, and AI Forge for your own page in your account.
Alpha 7.75 2026-10-14
- DesignButtons look like buttons before you point at them: the main action is filled with your theme's gold, every other button is a filled glass capsule, and Delete or Reject is rose.
- DesignThe Admin side menu is its own glass pane beside the page, with the open page lit in gold; on phones a small capsule opens it as a sheet from below instead of pushing the page down.
- DesignWarnings such as "the mail server isn't set up yet" sit in an amber box with a warning mark, readable by day and by night; they were pink text.
- Admin pages, Scrollforge and Work use one glass: rows, provider cards and messages are the same light veil, and the Admin home's tiles match its cards.
Alpha 7.74 2026-10-14
- ScrollforgeSiteMirrorgate, Scrollforge and the Admin pages get the same tool header as the other tools: icon, name and description next to the Dawnforge bar, with the language and your picture at its end.
- DesignEvery tool's header shows its new plate icon (dark plate, cream glyph, gold detail), on phones too, where it was missing before.
- DesignTheme, language and your picture sit in the same place on every page: at the top right, at the end of the tool's header or in a small capsule of their own. On phones the language and picture sit at the right end of the top bar, and Theme is in the menu.
- The icons on the Admin and Account cards follow the logo's look: dark plates with a cream glyph and a gold edge.
- The Dawnforge lettering in the header sits level with the crest; it sat a little low.
Alpha 7.73 2026-10-14
- Calmer castle backgrounds that stay smooth: the drifting motes, the sweeping glint and the sparkles are gone. The parallax and the soft light under the mouse are subtle and fit each theme: the hall barely moves, the lake drifts slowly, the forest sways, the keep moves most.
Alpha 7.72 2026-10-14
- DesignTool cards in the menu: the icon, name and description now sit together in the middle of each card instead of crowding its left edge; on phones each card shows the icon above the centred name and description.
Alpha 7.71 2026-10-14
- The castle backgrounds move and shine more: deeper parallax, a slow glint across the lit glass, a soft light that follows the mouse, sparkles, and glowing motes drifting up.
Alpha 7.70 2026-10-14
- The major releases view is tagged too: each major release's headline change and the summaries of its smaller versions carry the same tool and area tags and are grouped under them.
Alpha 7.69 2026-10-14
- DesignMoving between pages (and into any tool) now glides: the page content fades out and the next one rises in, while the header bar, the phone bottom bar and the castle stay still. Turned off if your device asks for reduced motion.
- DesignMenus and the phone chat drawer now fade away when they close instead of vanishing, the bottom bar's menu rises from its button, busy buttons breathe, and cards rise in one after another when a page opens.
Alpha 7.68 2026-10-14
- DesignThe "by Duskguild" line in the header lettering is much larger, and the lettering is a little taller on desktop and phones.
Alpha 7.67 2026-10-14
- DesignThe site is now called Dawnforge, by Duskguild, with new header lettering. Browsers that kept showing "Artifactory" in the header now get the new header.
Alpha 7.66 2026-10-14
- DesignLanding page: the tools fold and unfold as one smooth movement. The glass shrinks or grows with its icons gliding along, keeps its full frost the whole time, and ends exactly in the folded or open layout instead of jumping. Signed-out visitors no longer see the app icons when folded.
Alpha 7.65 2026-10-14
- DesignLanding page on phones: folding the tools and opening More run smoother, with fewer dropped frames.
Alpha 7.64 2026-10-14
- Phone bottom bar: the selected button sits in its own glass bubble, like Apple's Liquid Glass, instead of an underline, and the bubble glides and stretches like liquid to the button you tap.
Alpha 7.63 2026-10-14
- DesignScrollforge has two tabs, Chat and Work (on phones they sit in the bottom bar with New in the middle). Chats, pages and scheduled tasks are one list with All, Pages and Scheduled chips; each row shows its kind and a badge (Live or Page, the next run and the last runs). A chat can offer to make a page, and "do this every Friday" gets a task card to save, with the runs in the same chat. New Hall look: gothic titles, gold bubbles, plain answers.
Alpha 7.62 2026-10-14
- DesignThe site is now called Duskforge, by Duskguild. The header lettering, page titles, mails, the Windows app and the home-screen name all use it; "Artifactory" is gone. The logo icon stays.
Alpha 7.61 2026-10-14
- The changelog is tagged: every change carries tags for its tool (Hollowkeep, Worldquill and so on) and its area (Site, Design, Backend, Security), and each version lists its changes grouped under their tag.
Alpha 7.60 2026-10-14
- DesignAdmin by day: the side menu is a light panel with dark lettering, Reject, Save and other outlined buttons have a visible edge, and the "Admin only" tag is readable.
- Theme page: the colour strips in the Background and Theme choices are full size and the same width for every theme (Forest's was a small stub).
Alpha 7.59 2026-10-14
- Tool icons: each glyph is now centred inside its plate (a few sat up to one pixel off).
Alpha 7.58 2026-10-14
- Tool cards: the name and the line under it are now centred against the icon on every card. The "Admin only" label sits on the card's lower edge as a small tag instead of pushing the text up.
Alpha 7.57 2026-10-14
- DesignThe theme page fits on screen: the colourway and Day / Night / By the clock choices are visible without hunting, the buttons take two rows, the colourway names no longer run off the edge, and "Save for me" is readable in daylight.
- The old themes (Rose Window, Wisteria Mere, The Deep and Luna) are gone. The four castle themes remain, plus Workspace. Anyone who had picked an old one now has Castle Hall.
Alpha 7.56 2026-10-14
- New tool icons: a dark rounded plate with the glyph engraved in cream and one gold detail, in the landing menu and the Command Sheet. The plate and the gold follow the theme and colourway.
- The crest in the header now follows the colourway too: its glass bands and water turn with the accent colour.
Alpha 7.55 2026-10-14
- BackendMirrorgate has two parts: Home PC (the existing choices) and Server, which opens the Shellward terminal at its own address with the same locks as before. Code docs is no longer in the menu; it stays in the Admin panel.
- ScrollforgeMirrorgateThe menu has no "Inner circle" any more: Scrollforge sits under AI, Mirrorgate has its own Machines group, and tools only admins can open carry a small "Admin only" badge. The landing buttons and the Command Sheet show the same list.
Alpha 7.54 2026-10-14
- Four new castle themes with painted stained-glass backgrounds: Castle Hall, Castle Lake, Forest and Dragon Keep. Each has a day and a night picture; it follows the clock, or pick Day or Night on the Theme page.
- The castle pictures have depth: near things move against the mouse, far ones stay. Each castle theme has a second colourway that recolours the picture (Amethyst Loggia, Witchlight, Autumn Grove, Frost Wyrm).
- By day the castle themes use light glass with dark text; by night the dark glass stays.
Alpha 7.53 2026-10-14
- The "Duskguild" lettering in the logo is now cream, like the titles.
Alpha 7.52 2026-10-14
- Colours and type: page titles and tool names are cream, small headings go back to the serif font so they stay readable, caps labels and links are gold, and running text is warmer and brighter.
Alpha 7.51 2026-10-14
- New logo again: a stained-glass window with a tower and the moon, and the hand-drawn "Duskguild" lettering with its line and star. Titles and tool names now use a matching blackletter font.
Alpha 7.50 2026-10-14
- New logo: a gothic window with the setting sun and a star, and the name "Duskguild" in blackletter. The header, the browser tab icon and the app icons all use it.
Alpha 7.49 2026-10-13
- SecurityHollowkeep has a Vault: files and their names are locked in your browser before they are uploaded, so nobody else can open them, not the server and not the admins. Set it up with a vault passphrase and save the recovery key it shows you. Files can also be moved in from your other folders.
- BackendMail can be stored locked with your own PGP key: turn it on under Your mail. Make the key right there in your browser or paste your own; read locked mail in Thunderbird, FairEmail or webmail with Mailvelope.
- BackendPasswords are now stored with a stronger hash. Yours is upgraded the next time you sign in.
Alpha 7.48 2026-10-13
- Mirrorgate has a Leave button: while you are connected to the PC, the mirror or the server desktop, a button in the top right corner (desktop and phone) ends the session and takes you back to the list.
Alpha 7.47 2026-10-13
- BackendThere is a Windows app: download the installer under More on the start page. It opens the site in its own window and works offline like the installed web app. It is not signed, so Windows asks you to confirm once (More info, then Run anyway).
Alpha 7.46 2026-10-13
- DesignChanging pages no longer flashes the default colours: your saved theme and background are kept on the device and there from the first frame, instead of arriving a moment after the page.
Alpha 7.45 2026-10-13
- BackendScrollforge's Pages chat can search the web while it makes a page, with Anthropic or Claude (your plan), at most 5 times per message; other providers say they can't. The finished page still loads nothing from outside: anything in it that would, such as an outside image, font or script, is taken out before the page is stored, and the page panel names where its links go.
Alpha 7.44 2026-10-13
- The changelog's major releases are in time order: the versions after a major (7.1, 7.2 and on) are summarised in their own block above it, and each major summarises the versions that led up to it (for example 6.1 to 6.10 under Alpha 7.0).
Alpha 7.43 2026-10-13
- BackendHollowkeep shows PureRef boards: opening a .pur file shows the whole board as a picture, drawn on the server by PureRef itself right after the upload.
Alpha 7.42 2026-10-13
- The changelog opens on the major releases: each Alpha 1.0 to 7.0 shows the change that caused the bump and a short summary of the smaller changes after it, and every version of that release is one tap further. All versions is the full list, as before.
Alpha 7.41 2026-10-13
- The on-screen keyboard on phones is left to the browser again: the chat, drawer and search sheet no longer resize themselves when it opens.
Alpha 7.40 2026-10-13
- SketchmereSiteOn short screens the Sketchmere board and the Fableknot script keep most of the screen (one title row, one tool row), Scrollforge and Work fit the screen, and the landing menu on a low desktop window stays fully in view.
- Phones on their side and other short screens: the header is a slimmer 44px row with the tool's name beside it, and the side list opens from the list button instead of taking a third of the width, so the files, chats, worlds and boards get about twice the height.
Alpha 7.39 2026-10-13
- SiteHollowkeep on a computer shows one Upload button, in the folder header, instead of one there and one in the side list.
- DesignHollowkeep's buttons no longer lift on hover, which made the scene behind the frosted panels flicker when the mouse moved over them. They still change colour.
Alpha 7.38 2026-10-13
- The installed app opens faster on a weak connection: when the network takes longer than 3 seconds, a page or file the app already keeps opens from the device instead of waiting.
- After a site update the app brings its offline copies up to date a few seconds after the page has loaded and a few files at a time, instead of while the page is still loading. A fresh install no longer waits for every tool to download first.
- Offline copies of the tools are kept again: since Alpha 7.23 a drawing inside the pinned-chat ribbon was mistaken for a missing file, so no tool's offline copy was updated.
Alpha 7.37 2026-10-13
- On an installed iPhone app the header bubble sits a little lower under the clock, the bottom bar on tool pages sits right above the screen's bottom edge, and the landing menu has more room under its footer.
Alpha 7.36 2026-10-13
- SiteChats, thread lists, the Docs tree and recordings no longer pass a swipe at their end on to the page; Worldquill returns to where you were reading when you go back; the Fableknot editor footer is one line on phones; the Fableknot and Sketchmere drawers dim the page behind them and keep it still.
- Work on phones: the thread list fills the screen and a tapped thread opens its chat full screen, with a Back button.
- With the on-screen keyboard open on a phone, the chat, the drawer and the search sheet fit above the keys.
Alpha 7.35 2026-10-13
- The Workspace look got the glass shapes too: panels, cards, rows, buttons, chips, tabs and switches use the same corner sizes and button heights as the other looks (still flat colours, thin borders and no ornaments). Hollowkeep's file rows are rounded rows without divider lines.
Alpha 7.34 2026-10-13
- DesignOn an installed iPhone app the painted scene runs behind the clock and the home bar with the header bubble below the clock, also on tool pages like Whisperglass; in a phone's browser the flat strips above and below the page take a softer mid-tone of the scene.
Alpha 7.32 2026-10-13
- Empty lists got a small silver drawing above their message: a lantern in Hollowkeep, a quill in Fableknot, a branch in Worldquill, a compass in Sketchmere and a speech bubble in chats. Empty worlds in Fableknot and Sketchmere say what a world holds, in all four languages.
- The big panes of Hollowkeep, Worldquill, Fableknot and Sketchmere get silver corner curls and a small vine at the foot while they are mostly empty (not on phones, not in Workspace).
Alpha 7.31 2026-10-13
- SiteWorldquill pages with long web addresses no longer scroll sideways, the phone editor's last lines and Save button stay clear of the tab bar and keyboard, opening a world starts at the top, and the page tree scrolls to the page you are on.
- SketchmereSiteFableknot menus close when you scroll; the Sketchmere title row no longer squeezes on tablets; admin help bubbles on phones stay on screen and the admin side list scrolls on short windows; landscape iPhones keep text clear of the notch; tall dialogs fit above the phone browser's toolbar.
- SiteScrolling fixes: the Board card sheet no longer scrolls the page behind it and card links land below the header; Hollowkeep opens folders at the top and brings you back to your place; the row menu there stays above the phone tab bar.
Alpha 7.30 2026-10-13
- The language picker is one small capsule (DE, EN, FR, ES) inside the header on every page and in every tool, also on phones, instead of sitting in four different places. It no longer floats over the header or hides in the drawer and the menu footer.
Alpha 7.27 2026-10-13
- Rounded corners come in five sizes everywhere (page panels, cards, boxes, small rows and round buttons), so the same kind of card looks the same on every page, and buttons come in three heights.
Alpha 7.26 2026-10-13
- WorldquillSiteThe PDF reader bar on phones is one slim row now (page, read aloud, markup, more) instead of two or three, so the pages get the room. Markup swaps the row for the tools, colour and Save; zoom is in More. The read aloud player is a slim strip with its voice settings behind a button.
Alpha 7.25 2026-10-13
- Counts and badges no longer show the digit 1 as a Roman "I" (they use plain lining figures), the admin overview's "Needs you" counts are wax seals, and small controls (footer links, switches, Approve and Reject, help and move buttons) have an invisible 44px area so they are easy to tap.
Alpha 7.24 2026-10-13
- DesignOn iPhones the painted scene now shows above the header and below the bottom bar instead of a flat colour (an installed app needs to be added to the home screen again once).
Alpha 7.23 2026-10-13
- DesignPinned items wear a small gold ribbon bookmark hanging from the top edge of their row, in the phone drawer and in Whisperglass's Pinned chats.
Alpha 7.22 2026-10-13
- Fixes from the interface audit: Fableknot's story header wraps on tablets and narrow windows instead of squeezing the title into one letter per line, the two-factor page no longer runs off the edge of a phone in German, French and Spanish (long buttons wrap), and the Learn ink card puts its progress under the text on phones.
Alpha 7.21 2026-10-13
- Phones: the bottom bar's More is never empty. Whisperglass offers Invite and Manage chats, Fableknot offers Learn ink and Sketchmere offers All worlds when nothing is open.
Alpha 7.20 2026-10-13
- DesignLanding: folding and unfolding the tools is one quick movement. The drawer's edge, the fold button, the search field, the footer and every tool button set off together and land together in well under half a second (it took about a second, in two steps); on phones the drawer's sides and bottom move with it instead of jumping at the end.
Alpha 7.19 2026-10-13
- Phones: the bottom bar is the same in every tool, Place, the round main action and More, and no longer links to other tools (the tools sheet in the header does that). Export, Play, Layers, New folder and similar buttons moved into More, which lists only what works on the open screen.
Alpha 7.18 2026-10-13
- Board: a banner tells signed-in people what changed since their last visit (new, moved and updated cards, new comments), with a list that links to each card, a dot on changed cards, "Show only these" and "Mark as seen".
- Board: admins can decide on proposals from one list with Pick, Later and No (with a reason), and "More info" unfolds the full description. Every answer enters the decision log.
- Board: an opened card shows its thread, related cards and decision log in a side rail next to the text.
Alpha 7.17 2026-10-13
- Code docs: every part lists its files with links to the git code and a Copy button, and a "Before you change it" note shows the rules that apply (stored data, offline, version numbers, languages).
- Code docs: each part shows a small chain of the parts its data journeys pass through, and the page opens with an interactive map of the whole site: choose a part to see what it uses and what uses it.
- Code docs: a review list shows descriptions whose code has changed many times since the text was written; the check prints the same list as a warning.
Alpha 7.16 2026-10-13
- DesignLanding: folding and unfolding the tools has more feel. Each button crouches before it leaves, stretches along its path, overshoots its landing a touch and settles; the change ripples out from the fold button; the round tiles turn and pop as they land; names and captions slide in; the drawer closes behind the last button.
- DesignFaster everywhere: the background's small loops (candle flames, page turns, pool shimmer) and the twinkling stars no longer run all the time behind the glass, which had every page redraw its glass on every frame. The stars twinkle in the open search window and under the pointer. In the test browser a tool page went from 4 to 60 frames per second.
- DesignLighter on phones: a lighter frost, no shadows under the icons, no hover fades on taps, the moving tools get their own layers before they move, folding no longer lays the menu out on every frame, and chat bubbles off screen are not drawn.
Alpha 7.15 2026-10-13
- Worldquill: a highlight in a PDF now shows the words it covers in the markup list, and page names inside them are links. Deleting a page keeps a record of the pages that were under it.
Alpha 7.14 2026-10-13
- SiteHollowkeep on phones: the Files button of the bottom bar opens the same drawer with a filter, Pinned and Recent. Pin files and folders with the star or a long press; Full list leads to the usual list.
Alpha 7.13 2026-10-13
- Landing: the app drawer animates again when you fold and unfold it. Its top edge slides to the new height in a short move while the buttons glide, and the glass is complete under it from the first frame.
Alpha 7.12 2026-10-13
- SketchmereSiteWhisperglass and Sketchmere on phones: the first button of the bottom bar opens a drawer with a filter, your Pinned items, your Recent ones and a Full list button. Tap the star or long-press a row to pin or unpin it. Pins follow your account, so they show on every device; if you are offline they wait on the device and are sent later.
- Whisperglass: pin any chat or group chat (Chat options, Pin chat); pinned chats also sit in a Pinned chats block at the top of the chat list.
Alpha 7.11 2026-10-13
- HollowkeepChats: the paperclip now asks whether the file comes from this device or Hollowkeep, so the separate Hollowkeep button is gone, and Paint with Moonbrush moved in with the other options behind the options button (it stays in view while it is switched on). Worldquill on phones: the page kinds are one sideways-scrolling row.
- Phones: every tool now has the same bottom bar with four or five destinations and one round main action in the middle (Worldquill: Pages, World, New or Edit, Ask, More; Whisperglass: Chats, Worlds, New chat, Files, More; Hollowkeep: Files, New folder, Upload, Shared, More; Fableknot: Stories, Export, New, Play, More; Sketchmere: Boards, Export, New, Layers, More). It replaces the rows of round buttons at the top of pages and the menu button in the header. The header is now a rounded glass capsule like the bar, the side list sits between the two, and menus are easier to read. The bar folds away while the keyboard is open and on phones held sideways. No stored data is touched.
Alpha 7.10 2026-10-13
- Worldquill: the world page opens with an overview (where you left off, browse by kind, pages still to write, recent changes) and one New menu; Stories, Boards and Documents are small count chips.
- Worldquill: pages have a side rail with the facts, an outline, the pages they link to and from, and what they appear in. Pointing at a link shows a small preview card (long press on a phone), and a trail of chips shows the pages you followed.
- Worldquill: write the page itself. Links are chips, typing [[ offers pages with a summary or lets you create one, a Link button opens a page picker, and unsaved text is kept on the device and offered back. Source is one tap away.
- Worldquill: pages can be part of another page. The sidebar is a folding tree with a filter, pinned and recent pages and a switch between By place, By kind and A–Z, and it folds to a rail of icons.
- Worldquill: game design notes have a status (Proposed, Approved or Rejected), an owner and a target version, open questions as checkboxes and a decision log in the side rail.
- Worldquill: pages, Word files and PDFs share one list. A PDF lists its notes, highlights and drawings beside the pages and a note can link to a page with [[Page name]].
- Landing page: search happens in the search bar itself. Type there and the results open inside the menu, in place of the tool buttons, instead of in a small window; clear the field (Esc) and the tools come back. Ctrl K jumps to the field.
Alpha 7.9 2026-10-13
- Code docs: the code map now has a folding tree of every part, search that works offline, an outline of the page ("On this page") that follows you as you read, and "Uses" and "Used by" links on every card so you can jump from a part to the parts around it. It uses the same glass look as the rest of the site.
Alpha 7.8 2026-10-13
- SiteSearch everything: the search button and Ctrl K now find things as you type, not only tools. Worldquill pages and documents (with the sentence that matches), stories and boards, Hollowkeep file and folder names, and your Whisperglass chat titles show up under the tools, with the world you have open first. Only what you may open appears, and without a connection you still see the chats stored on this device. If nothing fits, the sheet offers to create the page in your open world.
Alpha 7.7 2026-10-13
- Hollowkeep: read a PDF aloud. The speaker button in the PDF bar reads the pages paragraph by paragraph, in English, German, French or Spanish, with a choice of voices and a speed control. The voice runs on your own device (a one-time download of about 60 MB per voice from seppo.app, then it works offline); the book's text and the speech never leave your device and nothing is stored on the server.
Alpha 7.6 2026-10-13
- Sketchmere: 3D models linked into a world are listed in the sidebar, open in the 3D viewer, and can be put on a board as a card (the plus button or drag). Click the card to open the model. The model stays in Hollowkeep.
Alpha 7.5 2026-10-13
- Hollowkeep: a new Library tab holds the PDFs you add to it as books, with a cover, the page you stopped at and a progress bar. Add PDFs from the tab or from a PDF's menu (Add to Library); reopening a book continues where you left off. Books are links, so removing one from the Library never touches the file, and a PDF shared with you can be added too.
- WorldquillDesignPDFs (Hollowkeep and Worldquill): the reader's buttons are redesigned as one tidy row of glass controls with icons: pages, zoom with the current size, the markup tools, a colour button that opens the colours, Save, and a More menu with Fit width, Whole page and Download with markup. On phones the row splits into two.
Alpha 7.4 2026-10-13
- SiteAI chats: when an AI needs an answer it now asks with buttons, lists and short forms inside the chat box instead of plain questions. Tap your choice or type your own; the answer goes back as your next message. Works in Whisperglass (group chats too), Scrollforge chats, pages, scheduled tasks and Work. A scheduled task that cannot decide leaves its question waiting, and your answer is kept in the task's notes for the next run.
Alpha 7.3 2026-10-13
- HollowkeepWorldquill: a 3D model from Hollowkeep can be added to a world (Add a Word file, PDF or 3D model from Hollowkeep) and turned and zoomed right there. The model stays in Hollowkeep and is shown as it is now; taking it out of the world leaves the file alone.
Alpha 7.2 2026-10-13
- Hollowkeep: 3D models open right in the browser. Open a GLB, glTF, OBJ, STL, PLY, 3MF, FBX, Collada, 3DS, USD, STEP, IGES or BREP file to turn it, zoom, switch wireframe and textures, see its size and play its animation. Materials and textures stored in the same folder are found automatically. Your files are only read, never changed.
Alpha 7.1 2026-10-13
- Sketchmere: a frame can be exported as an Unreal blockout. One zip holds the rooms, doorways and stamps in Unreal's centimetres plus a script that builds floors, walls with doorway gaps and an actor per stamp in the editor, and updates them when you run it again.
Alpha 7.0 Offline first 2026-10-13
BackendSiteEvery tool opens without a connection, and when two devices change the same thing, both versions are kept instead of one replacing the other.
Changes leading up to it (6.1 to 6.10)
- SiteVoice input in chats.
- File type filters in Hollowkeep.
- Phone fixes for the landing menu.
- The glass got rounder, lighter and faster, with silver corner curls and a livelier fold animation.
All 11 versions, 6.1 to 7.0
Alpha 7.0 2026-10-13
- BackendWhisperglass: a private chat changed on two devices at once keeps both versions instead of one replacing the other, and the account keeps earlier and deleted chats so none are lost.
- BackendHollowkeep: Keep on this device (in a file's menu) keeps a copy you can open without a connection, under On this device. Text you edit offline is saved to Hollowkeep once you are back online; if the file was changed meanwhile, both versions are kept.
- BackendHollowkeep keeps the earlier text whenever a text file is saved, and keeps deleted files and folders instead of erasing them. When someone else saved a file after you opened it, Save as a copy puts your text next to theirs instead of replacing it.
- FableknotBackendFableknot and Worldquill: stories, worlds and wiki pages you opened before open without a connection, and what you save offline is saved once you are back online. If the same story or page was changed elsewhere meanwhile, both are kept: yours becomes "<title> (mine)" next to it.
- FableknotSketchmereBackendWorldquill, Fableknot and Sketchmere keep deleted pages, stories, documents, boards, diagrams and worlds instead of erasing them, and two people saving at the same moment no longer lose each other's changes.
- BackendSketchmere: boards you opened before open without a connection, to look at; drawing needs the connection.
- Offline: every tool's page opens without a connection, once the site has been opened online on that device. Online, pages still load fresh from the server.
Alpha 6.10 2026-10-13
- SiteVoice input: a microphone button beside Send in Whisperglass, group chats, Scrollforge and Work. It writes what you say into the message box. It uses your browser's speech recognition where there is one; in other browsers, or if you choose "Keep voice on this device", a small speech model runs on your device (a one-time download of about 60 MB) and the audio never leaves it. It listens in English, German, French or Spanish, following the site language.
Alpha 6.9 2026-10-13
- Hollowkeep: filter chips above the file list show only images, PDFs, documents, audio, video, archives, 3D files or other files in the folder you are in.
Alpha 6.8 2026-10-13
- Landing on phones: folding and unfolding the tools, opening More and opening the search window no longer make the glass arrive late. The glass now appears at its final size at once; only what is inside it moves.
- The AI page is called "About the AI" in the search window, so its name fits on one line.
- Phones: the landing menu reaches the bottom and the sides of the screen and the header band reaches above the top, with the buttons where they were, and the page no longer bounces past its ends.
Alpha 6.7 2026-10-13
- Landing: the header no longer has a search button (the search capsule in the menu is the landing's search), every app button's description is one line, the corner curls keep clear of the captions on phones, and the tools fade out at the edges where they scroll on small screens.
- DesignThe glass is there from the first frame: the background is drawn before the page first paints, nothing fades in, and page changes no longer wait for a drain or a staggered build-up (about 1.5 seconds less per page change). On Safari 18.2 and Chrome 126 or newer, changes between seppo.app pages keep the old page on screen until the new one is ready and cross-fade.
Alpha 6.6 2026-10-13
- DesignThe search window uses the same round gem icons and capsules as the landing page, no longer opens the keyboard on phones until you tap the field, and its ornaments no longer cover rows. It is compact on phones held sideways.
- DesignFolding and unfolding the landing tools is a livelier animation: icons turn and settle while the capsules grow around them.
- Rounder and tidier: corners of chat bubbles, the chat box, the sidebar and the colour palette window now fit their glass, and the chat box floats as a rounded card on phones.
- DesignFaster glass: the background's motion rests after a few idle seconds (and never runs on touch screens), and changing page no longer animates the blur, so the frost is there at once and the page stays smooth.
Alpha 6.5 2026-10-13
- Phones: the landing menu grows upward as far as it needs to show every tool (only beyond the header does it scroll inside), instead of stopping halfway up with a scrolling page.
- Phones held sideways: the landing menu is a panel under the header with the tools scrolling inside it, three to a row, instead of a page that scrolls under the header and the Theme and Account buttons.
Alpha 6.4 2026-10-12
- Phones: the landing app buttons are compact capsules, two per row, and the menu no longer slides above the header.
- Tool pages (Hollowkeep, Worldquill, Fableknot, Sketchmere, Scrollforge) are as round and floating as the rest: rounded panes, cards, rows, buttons and tags, also on phones.
- The corner ornaments curl inward round the panel, and the landing menu's frosted glass shows again (the new icons had switched it off).
Alpha 6.3 2026-10-12
- DesignThe landing page's app buttons are now capsules: the small round icon grown, with the name and its description beside it; the icon tiles are round everywhere.
- Tablets: the header no longer runs off the screen in portrait, and the landing menu fills the width with more app buttons per row.
- Liquid Glass is rounder and floats more: bigger corners on panels, cards, bubbles and the landing menu, and a faint tint of the scene's colour in the glass, in buttons, and in the feature board's lanes and cards.
- More ornaments: silver curls in the corners of big panels and the landing menu, a vine under page titles, and a star before each board lane.
- The background shows from the first moment: the glass frosts a wash of the scene's colours while the picture is still loading, and the picture fades in.
- More room around text: the chat box's status note, chat bubbles, app buttons and board cards keep clear of the rounded edges.
Alpha 6.2 2026-10-12
- Worldquill has a new category, Game design notes, for pages about how your game works. It shows in the page list and filters, in the kind menu of a new page, and in Fableknot, Sketchmere and Whisperglass, in all four languages. Existing pages stay as they are.
Alpha 6.1 2026-10-12
- Phones: the glass no longer reaches past the screen edge, so the header's account picture and the landing menu fit the screen again.
Alpha 6.0 Liquid Glass 2026-10-12
DesignSiteA new look on every page: frosted glass over the background, a new search menu and big glass app buttons on the landing page.
Changes leading up to it (5.1 to 5.8)
- Game design documents (and .docx).
- HollowkeepPDF markup that never changes the original.
- Admin tools moved into their own menu, with the code docs one click away.
- Installed-app polish for iPhone and Android: status bar and app bars.
All 9 versions, 5.1 to 6.0
Alpha 6.0 2026-10-12
- A new menu: the round search button next to the crest (or Ctrl K, Cmd K on a Mac) opens a sheet with every tool by topic, a search field and your recent pages.
- The landing page shows the tools as big glass app buttons under a search field, and the fold button on top of the menu folds them into a row of icons so you see more of the background.
- The landing footer is one short line: Legal notice, Privacy policy and the language; How the AI works, the feature board, the changelog and the socials sit behind More.
- A new look on every page: Liquid Glass. Menus, panels, chat bubbles, buttons and fields are frosted glass floating over the background, with new type (Cormorant Garamond titles, Barlow text, Cinzel captions).
Alpha 5.8 2026-10-12
- Installed app: the phone's status bar takes the night-sky colour of the scene, the top and bottom bars are glass again, and a tool's pane keeps its rounded corners.
Alpha 5.7 2026-10-12
- Installed app on iPhone: a solid black status bar instead of a washed-out one (remove the app from the home screen and add it again), and no spare room under the chat box.
Alpha 5.6 2026-10-12
- Phones: the landing page has the same header bar as every other page (crest, tools menu, your picture at the right), and chat pages no longer scroll or open out of place on iOS 27.
Alpha 5.5 2026-10-12
- Installed app on iPhone and Android: a solid app bar at the top of every page and under the chat box, in the same colour the phone paints its status bar and home bar, so the app looks like a native one whatever the phone does with the screen edges.
Alpha 5.4 2026-10-12
- Whisperglass chats can be renamed right in the chat list, and the buttons on each chat stay calm when you point at them.
Alpha 5.3 2026-10-12
- Worldquill: game design documents next to the wiki. Write Word-style documents in a world, or upload a .docx; link a .docx from Hollowkeep without copying it; download any document as .docx or save it to Hollowkeep.
- HollowkeepPDF markup: add PDFs to a Worldquill world or open any PDF in Hollowkeep, and highlight, type and draw on them. The original PDF is never changed, every save of markup is kept, and you can download a normal PDF with the markup in it.
Alpha 5.2 2026-10-12

Alpha 4.3 2026-10-12
- Sketchmere: draw.io diagrams. Upload .drawio files (or .svg and .png pictures saved by draw.io), see them as a picture, edit them in the built-in draw.io editor and put them on boards as diagram cards. One person edits at a time, every save is kept in the history, and a diagram can be downloaded or saved to Hollowkeep.
Alpha 4.2 2026-10-12

Alpha 4.0 One address 2026-10-11

Changes leading up to it (3.1 to 3.2)
- The same corner bar on every page, and full screen on iPhone.
All 3 versions, 3.1 to 4.0
Alpha 4.0 2026-10-11
- BackendEvery tool now lives at seppo.app (for example seppo.app/whisperglass), so an installed app keeps its frame when you switch tools. Old links still work and forward there.
- Chats and settings your browser kept at a tool's old address come along the first time you open it at the new one; the old copy is kept.
Alpha 3.2 2026-10-11
- Installed app on iPhone: full screen with no black frame, and buttons stay clear of the clock, battery and home bar.
Alpha 3.1 2026-10-11
- Phones: the same slim corner bar on every page, in tools and on account, board and the landing page.
Alpha 3.0 Phones and installable apps 2026-10-11

Changes leading up to it (2.1)
- SecurityPhotos can be edited on another member's PC after you say yes, with location and camera data removed first.
All 2 versions, 2.1 to 3.0
Alpha 3.0 2026-10-11
- SiteChats on phones: the footer is just the message box and one row of buttons; model and switches open from an Options button.
- Phones: the tools show one slim top row instead of two stacked bars, and the message box has more room.
- Full pages (account, board, AI computer) use less frame and smaller titles on phones, and the chat footer folds its options away on desktop too.
- BackendInstall any tool as an app from your browser: full screen, own icon, safe screen edges, and a friendly page when you are offline.
Alpha 2.1 2026-10-11
- SecurityBackendPhotos in Whisperglass can be edited on another member's PC while yours is off, after you say yes; their location and camera data are removed first.

Alpha 1.0 First numbered version 2026-10-11
SiteThe changelog begins. Whisperglass, Hollowkeep, Worldquill, Fableknot and Sketchmere count as part of it.
